Letter of Intent to Purchase Real Estate

Hey everyone! I was searching the BP website for a Letter of Intent to submit offers on properties, and the only one I could find was a PDF (Non-editable) letter of intent with grammatical errors in the opening sentence. Attached you will find a similar Letter of Intent which you can edit (Word Doc) which has been adjusted to resolve any grammar issues. If you have any suggestions to adjust it for a better format, please let me know. Let me know what you think! Thank you! Patrick

Thank you! Much more efficient than filling out an entire PSA only to not have mutual agreement. This serves as a great tool, to increase my ability to make more offers...

Hello Patrick, I'm having a hard time opening this letter. Is there any way that you could email it to me?

Patrick, I like it a lot. I think that it would be a little better if it all fit on one page, but hey...I guess you can only say so much in one page. I really like the inspection contingency. What do you normally put under financing if you're planning on using a mortgage lender?
