Man I have no idea why but I love looking at this stuff. I love seeing where towns/ cities numbers, its fascinating. I hate all other spreadsheets except this stuff! lol

Wow, this is a great resource. One question: As soon as I sorted by vacancy rates, I got errors in columns E and H (the CAGRs). Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
