For example, ask if they provide discounts on financing for investors with multiple properties or if they offer customizable loan packages based on your long-term goals. A lender who is open to building a relationship and adjusting terms to your needs is often a better fit for a growing investment portfolio. Finally, get recommendations from local real estate investment groups, which can provide insights into which lenders in your area have a strong track record with investors. And remember there is no one size fits all lender, you will want to find the right one for your investing needs.
