Jared deserves 5 stars/100% and the top of whatever other feedback scales there are! He helped me get a favorable refinance for my challenging situation! I had checked with other lenders and mortgage brokers about getting a refinance and was told that I couldn't qualify conventionally, due to my specific self-employed situation, etc. I decided to post a message on Biggerpockets for advice and Jared was one of those people that reached out. I decided to follow up with him and see if he could help. He looked carefully into my situation and spent a lot of time checking the program guidelines and requirements, even prior to me committing to using his mortgage broker services. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that YES, i would be able to qualify for a CONVENTIONAL cashout refinance, even with my situation! What that meant to me, was I could get the most favorable rates and loan program available. Although, I was still somewhat skeptical, I went forward with the process just hoping he would be able to come through, as promised. Our loan was ready before we were! We were still finishing up a remodel, and had to wait a short while to complete the loan. But, Jared went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly, even with the small "speed bumps" that came up! I am very happy with the rate and terms of our loan and will definitely use Jared in the future and spread his name around. I am already talking with him about helping with private funding of an investment project we are looking to do. If you have a need for a mortgage broker (conventional, private money, etc.), contact Jared, you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Jared!

Jared has been amazing to work with from start to finish. I own a raw land and needed a refinance. The site was complicated and I was not having any luck with traditional lenders. Jared spent a great deal of time getting to know the intricacies of the site, myself and the situation. He then worked tirelessly to find me a lender. His communication was exemplary and his updates and advice were immeasurably helpful. Jared cares. Simple as that. He is passionate about what he does and is highly proficient. I will definitely utilize him in any lending needs I have in the future. After closing on my loan, he reaches out to check in and make sure things are going well, not only with the loan, but with me and my family. Not many people out there like that, and I am so grateful to have been able to work with him.

Cannot more highly recommend Jared. He saved my deal, under the gun, with a massive time constraint, after several others failed. It was a nail biter, but Jared was calm, professional, and above all - competent. I had spoken with a dozen brokers all of whom had changes to the terms as soon as I committed to working with them. I know that sometimes that happens, and I understand, but these were the sort of changes that I felt very skeptical about because they were questions that I repeatedly asked to confirm. I just KNEW they wouldn't come through. And I was right. Enter Jared! I had posted a message on Biggerpockets for advice and Jared reached out. Then he followed up a few more times and he was easy to talk to so I started talking to him about the quotes I was getting! My property had very specific details to get around. While his quote was initially higher than the others, his quote stayed the same all the way through to closing, while the other brokers had multiple changes (in a matter of days). Needless to say - I kept in touch and his competence won me over. He literally saved the deal, and we closed in less than 3 weeks. So keep in mind as you're talking to brokers that what one broker may offer may not actually be something your deal, or the property, qualifies for - despite what a broker may send to you in writing. With Jared, he will make 100% sure and there won't be "surprises." What he says will happen, will happen. So reach out to Jared. Even if the rate he can get is seemingly higher than others that you're being offered, his rate may just end up being the best rate when the other teaser rates change to actual rates.
