About us
Originally from New Mexico, I moved to New Hampshire over 26 years ago. Prior to becoming a professional real estate consultant, I was a National sales manager working with clients that worked in the trenches to CEO's of major corporations. Also, for 12 years, I was a collegiate soccer coach at the D2 level. I use the skills from my past work experience daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers, sellers investors managing the process to minimize the stress for my clients. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I value long term relationships and strive to provide value, local market knowledge and become a trusted partner in the real estate investment world.

5 stars is not enough for Tony. He is one of the most amazing humans I've had the pleasure of meeting , getting to know and working with. He has taken me from a shy business owner to a confident entrepreneur! His skills as a business coach have not only made my business more successful he has made my life more successful. He knows his stuff but delivers with compassion and understanding. And his patience of us slow learners is commendable. We have worked with Tony for over 6 years and will continue to work with him due to his professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of the process of both buying and selling. He is always patient and thoughtful especially during such a difficult market over the last few years.

Tony Wallis is absolutely fantastic! Tony navigated an intense real estate market with confidence, calm and came armed with knowledge and data. He is kind, genuine and a breath of fresh air in a highly stressful endeavor for our family of 5. We are incredibly thankful for his expertise and seeing us through the purchase of our new home. Also, Tony is part of a wonderful team. TJ and Katie are fantastic and we are thankful for their assistance too. Tony went above and beyond assisting our family before, during and after the purchase of our home. We are incredibly grateful for Tony and would highly recommend him as a real estate agent. If we win the lottery and buy another home, Tony would be our first call!

Tony is amazing! He worked with my team, and we developed a one-page business plan that focused on and prioritized the most important aspects of our profession. Tony provided me an opportunity to clarify what truly matters most. My team now has a clear path forward, and we are so excited to execute our plan! We also grew closer from the experience. Working with Tony was a DREAM. He is the real deal. He pours his heart into his clients, really makes communication a priority and has so much local knowledge. We were first time home buyers, and he never made us feel like our questions were silly, but always took the time to explain things along the way. In a year where the market was just absolutely nuts, he kept us hopeful and realistic at the same time. We would recommend him over and over again!
Fast forward two years, Tony was our first call when we needed to sell our home. He brought in a new agent he was coaching and she was incredible as well. We listed and we’re under contract in 72 hours! Tony and his team are top notch. Do not look any further!

Tony is great to work with. He is responsive and his knowledge of the market is very evident. Tony made the process very easy to understand and a lot less stressful than it could have been. Tony is very patient and held our hands every step of the way. He genuinely looks after his client's interests with sound advice and an encouraging perspective. From the very beginning, Tony clarified where we were, where we wanted to go, and how we would get there. Tony defined the concepts and strategies that we would use to succeed, and he was very specific about the steps we needed to take to get there.
