I had the pleasure of working with Michele Cook over the past month and wish every transaction could be as smooth, pleasant and enjoyable for all parties involved. Michele was delightful from our first conversation to our last in a market where listing agents do not have to “try” let alone provide excellent service to another agent to get their listing sold.
Michele took excellent care of her sellers scheduling their sale & new home purchase on the same day while ensuring everyone had a great experience.

He was incredibly responsive, always making time to address any concerns I had and got back to be quickly with my questions. I had the pleasure of working with Dave on the purchase of a lot. It was a desirable lot and my clients did not win the purchase. It remained on their favorite property list, with regrets that they did not get the purchase. Dave was a consumate professional and immediately alerted us that they accepted another offer. Fast forward a month or so later, Dave called to tell us that the buyers were unable to complete settlement. Without Dave's follow-up my clients would not know about those events. Dave did not have to call us; but he did. My clients jumped on the chance to buy their "dream lot" and we contracted. During the process, Dave was consistently transparent and highly communicative, and that made the difference.
