If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Kenny, Rose.. the whole team took our loan application and made magic happen. We had a 7 day appraisal contingency and 10 days for the loan contingency and they got it done on time, no issues. Everyone was easy to talk to, kind, professional but they were good at making sure everyone did their part right away. I’m grateful I worked with them for my new home purchase!

Kenny and his team including Mauricio and Rose were easy to work with and helped me pull off funding for my dream home. I needed creative financing due to my other investments and being self employed and they were able to locate a lender when other brokers wouldn’t even try. I highly recommend Kenny as he is resourceful and knows the market inside and out!

I work with both Kenny and Krystle for my financing needs. I am both an investor as well as multifamily real estate agent, I utilize their loan programs for my purchases and refinances as well as recommend them to all my clients, whether it be for 2-4 unit residential purchases (Kenny) or 5+ apartment purchases/refinances (Krystle).
I enjoy working with them because they are professional, communicative, and most importantly have an in depth knowledge about the market and investing strategies as they are also investors themselves. Kenny and I work closely together to make sure our clients get the best deals and best loan for their purchase.
I choose Kenny over other lenders because I know he can navigate the hurtles associated with multifamily investing and can structure me and my client's finances in a way to maximize their situation. Other lenders can fund loans, but Kenny and Krystle can help build a property portfolio which is why I will continue to utilize them for me and my clients.

I knew that anytime I had a question or an issue, they would immediately respond to my concern and help in any way that they could. After purchasing my first property I began researching and diving deeper into real estate investing. Every where I looked said first build a team Realtor, Lender, Contractor ETC. I met wit Kenny and told him I was looking to purchase an investment property to short term rental, to no surprise he owns short term rentals and offered to sit with me and gave me a step by step guide on what I needed to start and operate my short term rental. A couple of months after my purchase Kenny and the Simpson team helped a family member close on a deal that likely would have fallen out had it not been for Kenny's extensive experience with tricky multi unit deals. Since then I have referred friends and family and feel good knowing they will be taken care of.
