Lior is a very knowledgeable and personable agent and possesses an investor's mindset as he is one himself. He provided us with great info/insight of the very competitive Boston multifamily market as well as the tools to assure our investment made sense financially. Always made an effort to make himself available whenever we had questions/concerns and showed great patience when working with us. These qualities along with his strong grasp on the Boston real estate market makes him a no-brainer whether you're a seasoned investor or first time home buyer.

My husband and I are real estate investors in the Boston area and have been working with Lior since 2019. He's been our realtor for all of our purchases (he's also sold our primary residence) and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's really knowledgeable, responsive, and well-connected, and he gives away advice for free that most people would provide only in a paid coaching setting. He uses his own investing experience and expertise to help his clients in any way he can and it's made a huge difference for us. He's super honest and level-headed and we know we can trust him to help us make investment decisions. Lior and the Buy Boston team are a huge asset to anyone looking to acquire investment properties.

Honestly, I cannot thank Lior and his team enough. I bought my first two rental properties with Lior and couldn’t be happier. Him and his team created a personalized investment strategy for me and brought unique deals. For a first time investor, this was super helpful to have. I also benefitted a lot from their local expertise. They were very good at highlighting differences between markets when it came to rents, valuation, property types etc.
I promise you, Buy Boston had the best agents in town. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am a real estate investor in the Boston area and found Lior Rozhansky here on Bigger Pockets in 2017 - he's been my agent ever since. With Lior's help I have purchased multiple investment properties over the years. I can attest to Lior's full commitment to his clients - whenever I message him about a property I'm interested in, he quickly gets the details I need to help me make decisions. He's always available to meet me at a potential property on nights and weekends, which I always appreciate. And if he's busy or on vacation, he always lets me know and has other team members help out. Not only has Lior provided me with winning strategies that have resulted in me purchasing multiple investment properties, but I think one of his biggest strengths is helping me out as a property manager. Since he is a real estate investor himself, he has unique and valuable viewpoints that have helped me make decisions on how to deal with various tenant and maintenance issues.
