We were simultaneously managing two projects, one of which was funded by Intrust Funding. The difference between the two funding experiences was striking. Intrust Funding approved and disbursed their draws the next day, while the other company took a week just to send an inspector. Intrust Funding is definitely investor-friendly, and we look forward to doing more business with them in the future!

I have consistently partnered with Monroe for funding all my property flips. They have financed my last six projects, ensuring each one closed on time with remarkable speed. Monroe is incredible—always available via phone or email, and he responds promptly. My favorite aspects of their service include advancing 20% of the rehab budget in the first draw, a lightning-fast draw process, free deal analysis, and the option for gap funding. Intrust funding is the best hard money lender I have worked it. Very transparent pricing , upfront funding to kickoff the project, smooth online draw process based on photos - make working with them a pleasure. Monroe is awesome to work with. He always looks out for the investor. Intrust will always be my first choice to reach out for HMLs.

Don’t understand how these guys have all 5 stars . Submitted application for a loan , the loan offer stated everything looks great and should be able to close in as little as two week. Week later, when deadline was approaching , I called and emailed them almost every day that week to get an update on status. It was as though they literally disappeared. No answers, no replies. No text messages. Don’t be fooled by there “ exceptional service” reviews from others . A simple answer of yes or no , if the deal can be done would have been sufficient, instead of dead silence . Unprofessional!!

Coming from an investor that has flipped many properties, Intrust funding is 1 of the best hard money lenders out there. Everything is straight forward and there are no hidden fees. Carolyn and her team are amazing, will continue to use them for my future flips.

I have been with Intrust for 3 years. We have used them in every property that we have flipped. They are wonderful group to work with. Our first deal we closed in less than 24 hours. I doubt that any other hard money lender would be able to compete with them on great they treat the customers

For my first Buy and Hold I found an off market deal which needed to close in 5 days, all cash. I partnered with Intrust who provided easy qualification requirements, had a seamless process and really helpful staff. I would work with them again as I had a great experience and I feel confident they will continue to be a great financing partner.
