My STR journey began after visiting Gulf Shores, AL, for Memorial Day and remembering the childhood fun I had there on weekend vacations many years ago. Offer came in second, new construction and backed out because of the finance company, backed out after she did a lot of work for me on an inspection and finally got a deal done on the 4th try. Candace is very knowledgeable, she went over and above for us, she was unflappable going through 4 deals to get one done.
