I strongly advise anyone considering working with Easy Street Capital to think twice. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. They engage in predatory practices that are designed to push borrowers into financial distress. This company withholds draw money without providing any explanation or guidance on how to access the funds, which puts borrowers in an incredibly tight financial bind. Despite only having one of my properties in default, they are currently foreclosing on two properties, claiming that they are taking the second property as "collateral." This is beyond unethical and feels like a blatant attempt to grab more assets through foreclosure. Their lack of communication and transparency is appalling. When I’ve tried to reach out for clarity or to resolve the issues, I’m met with evasiveness or outright silence. It’s clear that they are more interested in profiting from foreclosures than actually working with their clients to find solutions. If you value your financial stability and your properties, stay far away from Easy Street They are not in the business of helping borrowers—only in exploiting them!

BUYER BEWARE: We had a loan with Easy Street needed an extension which we agreed to. We don’t hear back for 2 months. Servicing company still taking money out of our account. We assume everything is good to go. Then they tell us that were in default, and that the reason no one had told us is our point of contact was either fired, or he quit . $7,000 in bogus fees. No written notice at the time! Nothing until almost 3 months later that we were in default. Which at that time we already had everything worked out. RUN AND RUN FAST FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!! Sean Ollek and Alan Genzlinger And I had given them several loans in the past. And this is how they treat repeat customers.
