Andrew Dorazio has transacted the following strategies: fix and flip, buy and hold, BRRR, STR, MTR, LTR, house-hacking, and 1031 tax exchange. He is a former Army officer and long-time real estate broker, investor, and property manager in the Chicagoland area with over a decade of experience. He is a high touch broker known for his extensive knowledge of real estate investing and loves being on the ground with his clients to help them buy, sell or rent their homes. Andrew is passionate about helping everyone from the first-time home buyer all the way to the experienced real estate investor achieve their goals. As a seasoned real estate professional, he recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives every day to exceed their expectations. As a veteran himself, Andrew takes pride in helping other Heroes in their real estate journey and is dedicated to tirelessly serving their needs! He has helped many veterans leverage their VA loan to buy 2-4 unit multi family homes. Andrew is also an avid investor himself, owning over 70 multi family units across different markets, multiple short term rentals in Nashville, Jacksonville and El Paso, and is overseeing 2 rehab projects in Chicago's West Town neighborhood. He has also published two children's books to help promote financial literacy at a young age. He is passionate about helping others and dedicates a good portion of his time helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. Andrew graduated with a degree in economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Andrew Dorazio was amazing in helping us find our new home. He was very attentive throughout the home buying process and quickly responded to all our concerns. We were making this purchase from out of state so we couldn’t tour homes in person but Andrew went above and beyond to help us. He went to several properties for us without hesitation, provided video tours, and gave his professional assessments of the properties which was invaluable in making our decision. When you’re making huge life decisions like buying a home, you want someone to be in your corner and be your champion. Well, Andrew is that person & so much more! We were paired up with Andrew through Veteran’s United and we really could not have had a better experience. Andrew helped us out so much and made our home buying experience pretty easy. We appreciated that Andrew was really straight forward and didn’t sugar coat anything when looking at homes. He gave us his honest opinions and pointed out issues with homes as we looked at them. We really felt that he was looking out for us and had our best interest at heart. He was really thorough and easy to communicate with, answering any questions we had. Purchasing a home can be stressful but having Andrew in our corner made the process seamless.

Andrew helped me purchase my first investment property in the Chicagoland area and I cannot say enough good things about him as an agent and a friend. Andrew over communicated and was always available when I had questions throughout the entire process. We searched for about 3 months before finding the perfect investment property, during that time Andrew would provide his expert opinion and meet us at multiple showings each week. He is an expert agent and I always recommend him to friends and family. I’ll definitely be using his services in the near future.
