Although based in Charleston, South Carolina, Coastal Equity Group also lends in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, South Carolina & North Carolina. The Coastal team goes above and beyond for their clients. I've used them for many loans over the last year in my flipping business and there is no one better in the Southeast. They even closed a deal for me in under 24 hours and saved a seller from foreclosure. Incredible service, staff, and rates, best in the lending game... hands down. Shout out to Kent, Gracee, Ashley and of course Alex! Y'all are the best!

Coastal Equity Group is a phenomenal group to work with! When it comes to closing quickly they are on top of the game. Their loan process is very simple and straight to the point. If you want to build your portfolio they can definitely get you in the right direction. This was my first time working with them. It blew me away how much they communicated with me. I highly recommend them for funding your next deal. I promise you will not regret it.

The entire team is great to work with. We do a lot of flips in the CHS market and each has it's own hurdles, none of which are ever an issue for CEG. Quick closes, fast draws, and always outperform our expectations.

Coastal Equity has helped me get more deals under contract in a shorter period of time than any lender I have ever worked with. I have done 5 deals in 6 months with their help and I have no regrets. Rates are always competitive and comes with a superstar team. The process of buying an investment property has never felt easier than dealing with them. Feels like a family member that always has your best interests in mind. Cristina and Gracee are absolutely the best and they run a tight ship! Looking forward to closing more deals with CEG

We use Coastal Equity Group for all of our transactional funding and short term loans. We transact 15-20 deals a month and they consistently provide competitive rates and have the ability to fund deals at a moments notice. They have helped us scale tremendously over the past year and I would recommend them to anyone in need of financing.
