I specialize in helping out-of-town investors by being the boots on the ground to guide them through successful Buy & Holds, Flips, and BRRRRs. I am an active Realtor and Investor in the Chattanooga / North Georgia market. As a lifelong resident, I also enjoy helping people relocate here, whether they use the House Hacking strategy (which is how I began my investing journey) or just a normal primary residence purchase. Charles was great from first meeting to closing on the house. Was very informative, not pushy for sales, and very receptive to what we were wanting. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the process because we had him as our realtor.

Charles was INCREDIBLE- we were 1st time buyers and had many questions he would answer quickly and efficiently. A top tier communicator who made what we wanted happen and then some- all on a tight timeline and all while always making us feel he had our backs! More than that though he went above and beyond to make us comfortable in the process from step 1 to all through signing and we can’t recommend him enough!

Charles is a pleasure to deal with and I had a great experience working with him to both buy and sell my first flip in Chattanooga. He is relationship focused, flexible and solution oriented, driving toward a good experience for all parties involved. Charles was a greater realtor for my long-distance investments in Chattanooga. He served as my eyes on the ground by providing detailed recordings and identifying areas with growth potential and which areas to avoid. I particularly appreciated his responsiveness, ensuring my deals were closed very quickly. I recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, and swift real estate professional.

Charles was a phenomenal realtor to work with, especially as a first time home buyer. He was always easy to reach, communicated well, took time to explain, and was an all around exceptional resource. He even helped other people with their jobs, even when it wasn't his responsibility. Highly recommend to anyone interested in buying in the Chatt area.

Charles is a knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and honest realtor who is very passionate about his clients and their property-owning desires. I used Charles to sell my first house and purchase my second house, and he was able to walk me through both processes with ease. He was a fantastic liaison between all parties involved in the sale and purchase of my new home and was very clear on how and when to navigate each step. Charles has been THE reason we have been able to start our real estate investment journey. Being almost 2,000 miles away and buying property sight unseen was extremely nerve racking for us and we couldn't have done it without such a great realtor. He will definitely be our go to guy as we continue to expand our portfolio.

I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was in my dealings with Charles Jabaley on a recent sale of a property in the Chattanooga area. My particular situation was not an easy transaction, and there were lots of ups and downs in order to get us to the final sale. Charles handled each new twist in a professional and competent manner. I was always kept informed both verbally, and in writing, and throughout the entire process, felt confident in his ability to close the transaction. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and thorough in his responses. And above all, he conducted himself with the utmost integrity. I look forward to working with him again.
