Lauren did a phenomenal job as my realtor! She is very intelligent, thorough, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about the area and the market. She did a great job negotiating on our behalf. She was always very quick to respond to any concerns. She had outstanding communication throughout the entire process. Last but not least, she is knowledgeable about real estate investing, which was a huge priority for us. We were very pleased and will definitely be using her again for any real estate related needs.

Lauren was instrumental in finding us a property. She took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home and used her expertise to guide us as first-time investors. She always put our interests first and was candid in communicating her knowledge of real estate and the local market. When we found the house we wanted to pursue, Lauren expertly negotiated on our behalf. I would highly recommend her!

Lauren is an amazing realtor! She is very knowledgeable, responsive, and was extremely supportive in helping us find our first investment property. Lauren is an incredible agent! As an investor, who was also searching for a primary residence, I had specific and divided needs. She was able to switch gears quickly and make me think outside the box during properly searches. She gave me options and ideas I wouldn’t have considered alone, helped analyze, and evaluate. She was available at odd hours for questions, and is extremely knowledgeable of the market, especially in regard to investment properties. She helped me get from 1 door to 3 doors almost overnight. I will, without hesitation, use her again.

Lauren is an absolute rockstar of an agent. she knows her market really well and she is an investor's best friend. She took time to understand our needs as an investor. The insights, and analysis she provided in helping us analyze properties were very valuable. She would provide her analysis on a property, and the area, if the property would need fixes/repairs, if it was missing any features, rent it would fetch and if it had potential to cashflow. These insights helped avoid properties that weren't a good fit and helped us find the right one for our needs. She always represents her clients best interest. We would happily refer her to any of our family/friends and look forward to working with her again in future.

Lauren went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make buying my first investment property a breeze. Lauren is an all-star agent with obvious investor cred. She helped me disaggregate areas to invest in and areas to avoid, flood zone issues, financing issues, and more. Countless times she has shown her integrity by foregoing a commission to let me know when there's an issue with a deal that I didn't initially notice. On my $15k vacant land purchase, she showed just as much commitment and hustle, and has already connected me to other investors. I wish every agent was a Lauren, and she's a big reason I'm focusing on the counties that she covers.
