My fiance and I worked with Ty to purchase two investment properties last year. Because of the nature of our loan, we did run into multiple bumps in the road but Ty handled all of it with a cool, calm demeanor and was able to help us find a solution to everything.
Ty LOVES numbers. Like seriously. Guy has a spreadsheet for everything (ask his wife). You are in good hands with him and I highly recommend working with him and refer him to all of my buyers!
