Interest rates have made it too difficult to find great deals in the other categories. I have been in real estate for 7+ years now and started with listening to bigger pockets while riding my bike to and from the CrossFit gym. I had no experience, and minimal savings. I decided to get my real estate license and start in wholesaling so that I could get acquainted with finding and analyzing deals. Also since I didn't have much money to invest, I needed a quick way to make a profit so that I could eventually build up my own portfolio of cash flowing rentals. In the first few months I was making 5 to 10k checks regularly from Direct Mail campaigns. From that, I found my first seller finance deal to invest in and was making about $250 passive income a month. Then I met my husband who is a mobile home investor and owns a mobile home brokerage. Together we built our portfolio of cash flowing mobile homes. After 1 year of focusing solely on wholesaling, I decided to get into the traditional side so that I could teach regular people how to budget, pay off their debt, save a 6 months emergency fund and begin investing for financial freedom/peace. Most of my clients buy their first ever property with me and so far as many as their 6th and 7th. After 7 years of being in the business we now have a portfolio of rentals that cash flow about $12,000 a month. I was always in the loop and felt very confident that we would sell within the typical timeframe for the season we sold in. Allie is extremely resourceful and methodical in her work. I enjoyed working with her and will plan to work with her in the future too! I was a first time home buyer, and Allie walked me through the process, touring several places, matching my preferences, placing an offer and closing. I initially reached out to Allie through Bigger Pockets in search of an investor friendly real estate agent. Allie is much more than just an agent, she has a wealth of knowledge, experience and a great team.
Allie was exactly what my wife and I needed for our first investment property. Allie and her team spent countless hours working to lock in our first property. Being an out of state investor I didn't know much about the Arizona market an needed someone who was willing to go the extra mile, Allie went the extra mile and I would recommend her for anyone who is looking for an investor friendly agent.

My wife and I worked with Allie over the past few months to buy our first home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody. Here are some of the reasons why we think she is an exceptional agent:
-She showed clear enthusiasm and was extremely patient in working us through the process in a easy-to-digest way.
-She is very insightful about the process, homes, areas, and even ideas on renovations and their financial/time estimates, which put housing prices into an objective and realistic perspective for us... she raised implications that saved us time and money. It was a big advantage to someone who does their own rehabs/flips offer input on what that work entails.
-She's responsive, whether text, live phone, or e-mail
-She always made herself available and matched our sense of urgency, being flexible with same day requests for viewings... even within a couple hours. Needless to say, we felt like important clients (can't say the same for other realtors we worked with before)
-She's personable, energetic, and also very observant of how we felt about properties during viewings and able to pinpoint when something felt off - she helped us identify learnings/takeaways from each home we saw
-She was patient enough to show us as many properties as we wanted, but also decisive in telling us what to avoid before seeing it or to abort a viewing within minutes if we weren't feeling it - no wasted time.

Allie was kind, responsive and prepared. She was always ready with numbers/returns on each property I looked at. If she did not know an answer to a question I had, she was transparent about not knowing and would find a credible source for an answer.
She is a genuinely a good person and will look out for your best interests.
We bought 5 homes in the Scottsdale area with Allie. The purchase totaled $1.5 million. I say that because it was not a small number we were working with. I am a serious investor that would highly recommend using Allie for your investment needs.

Allie worked extremely hard on my behalf. She took the time to really understand what type of investment i wanted. She also has an assistant to make sure between them, i never missed out on an opportunity. She knows how to put together an extremely competitve offer while protecting my earnest money. The phoenix market is super competitive but we got a completely remodeled home with a guest house and didnt have to pay over the appraised amount. You can tell she understands the intricacies of investment properties, from analyzing cash flow, understanding remodeling and repair costs, to renting out and managing the rentals.
