Working with this Company has been super easy and straightforward. This is undoubtedly due to Hannah Shirley's great customer service and attention. Hannah is skilled in what she does but more importantly a very kind and polite person, always willing to help, explain and support. Would recommend working with this company to family and friends.

I engaged Nest Finders in order to rent a condo. We had it with a different Property management company and have had it three months without a renter. Within 7 days of signing up with Nestfinders, we had a vetted renter. Thanks to the team and especially Sheri Wyatt. She made it very easy.

Nestfinders had worked on behalf of an individual owner of a rental property in Jacksonville Florida. Hannah Shirley was fantastic throughout the process. She kept us up to date on the entire process and went out of her way to facilitate our viewing of the property while we were in the area. Hannah Shirley was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her communication was impeccable throughout the rental transaction. She provided me with access information within seconds of my request to show the home. Home is in great condition and my customer, now turned tenant, is absolutely thrilled! I have had an excellent experience renting with Nest Finders. We rented from Nest Finders for two years before purchasing a home in Saint Johns.
From the first point of contact, their professionalism and commitment to providing an excellent experience have been clear. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, and any questions I had were answered promptly by their friendly staff, Sabrina and Maria. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and effectively, often within 24 hours, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure the property is well-maintained. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free renting experience. Five stars all the way!

Nest Finders is an amazing property management company that is fair, and wants to make sure that you win. I have had zero issues. The company communicates clearly and quickly. In addition, there are no hidden fees or gotchas. My experience has been great so far and I look forward to give them more business. Highly recommend this team that actually cares for your assets.
