Very professional and polite. The crew got right to work and didn't stop until the new roof was complete. After roof was complete, they did a great cleanup all around the house. No pieces of roofing material , no nails anywhere. Great job! 👍👍👍👍👍

With all the scams on Zillow & various other sites, I was very skeptical moving forward with this agency. However, I have nothing but positivity to share. I have had no problems regarding communication. Any messages or emails I left were answered within 24 hours. Reece has been amazing this whole process and I have been recommending him to everyone I know!! I’ve spoken to Frances a few times and although she seems like a very busy lady, she is very courteous and kind. I adore my home, and I truly thank God for the smooth transition & pray that it is only smooth sailing from here while in the property.

I feel like everyone that left 5 stars is lying. I am in the application process and it has been hell since the beginning I have yet to get from anyone after viewing the house. When I went to view the house it was still under construction smelled like paint and plywood (if that’s your thing cool) but not so much for me as I brought my two young children with me. I was sent the wrong paperwork at least three times and they canceled the viewing as I was there waiting for someone to show the house which was a huge inconvenience. So I went and got my kids from daycare and came back for the second viewing that they scheduled me for and tried to cancel again. The maintenance guy who showed the house (not even the lady that was supposed to because she stayed in her car on the phone) was rude as hell wouldn’t say two words to myself or my children when we had questions about the house. Then when I responded to Scott to see if I was “approved” no response from anyone! But the lady that didn’t show the house that was supposed to show the house! It’s been a month and I still don’t even know if my application was approved. A waste of $25 that this newly divorced single mom could’ve used to apply somewhere else with people who would at least respond and handle things in a professional manner.
Update: I finally heard back from Scott after posting my review and he wanted to let me know that this isn’t the way to go during approval process and that the inconveniences I experienced were a figment of my imagination and that this review is unfair and that they won’t be moving forward with my application. I feel like it’s gas lighting to tell me my experience was not what it was especially if you weren’t present for the interaction. They treat people on sec 8 different and I don’t like it.

Robert is one of the best maintenance guys we’ve met so far, he was very straightforward with everything and helped us get a lot done that we needed done. We’ve had water issues since we moved in here so 7 yrs now, and he has made sure all the pipes was updated and replaced out all the cabinets that had water damage. I am very pleased with his work. If I could I would give him a 100% in stars. Thank you Robert!!!!!
