The best experience ever!! It is really tricky to find honest people in this business! This husband and wife duo are the best at what they do!! Brett has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the past year. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also always available to answer my questions and responds quickly. That level of responsiveness has been a rare find compared to most realtors and property managers in San Antonio.

RPM is the best property management company to work with their response time is fast. Also there fast scheduling for maintenance and repairs with there large list of preferred vendors. I always refer family and friends when they need a professional Property Management service.

I’ve referred multiple homeowners to Real Property Management Hill Country, including military families preparing for a PCS, and they have consistently exceeded expectations. Their communication is top-notch, and they handle everything with professionalism and care. I trust them as my go-to property management company because they make the process seamless for both homeowners and tenants. Highly recommend!

Real Property Management Hill Country recently had a technician come out to fix my dryer, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it in a way that was easy to understand. The work was done efficiently, and my dryer has been running perfectly ever since. I appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took to ensure everything was working smoothly. I highly recommend this technician for any appliance repairs!

My fiancé and I just moved into our home and it has been a great transition with RPM. Brett and Patrick have helped out and answered every one of our questions. This is the first time a property management company has been this attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to homes; response times are quick, staff is great and has nice customer service. I’d definitely recommend RPM to friends, family, and anyone looking for a great home with professional, caring and friendly management staff.
Brett also assist with maintenance which came in handy when I was locked out of my home lol. Thank you for your help Brett, it’s greatly appreciated it!!

I contacted Brett for assistance with my investment property because I was thinking about using a management company. He got back with me immediately (faster than I expected). He was honest with me about the potential of my property as well as the services that he could provide. He didn’t push me to use his company instead he gave me some great advice and insight. Although I did not end up using them his customer service and knowledge was unmatched.
Overall you can not get this type of customer service everywhere. Brett clearly loves the work he does and values every customer! I will definitely use this company for future investment properties. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with our experience with RPM so far as current tenants. Our home is a dream and is everything we ever wanted. Brett went above and beyond to help us get in our home in the beginning. There has been communication throughout our lease to inform us of any important details or to answer our questions. Fatima has been super kind and helpful as well! We recommend RPM to anyone who is looking to rent their next home!
