I want to thank Kris at Red Door Property for being on task and reliable. Technology and customer service was amazing. The replacement process of the washer and dryer was smooth and I appreciate Kris and Red Door for the quick turnaround. Especially before the holiday. Grateful. The company used for install were polite, quick and professional. Thank you again Kris.🥳

I am a electrical contractor and I truly enjoy the professionalism and courteous communications with Red Door staff. As a contractor I run across a lot of rough clients in property management and Red Door sets a high standard on interactions with me as a contractor. Its a pleasure to work with Red Door and staff.

We were in Indy for a swim meet, and this was less than a 10 minute drive to the IU Natatorium. Perfect for going back & forth to the pool. It was walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars, and the garage/driveway was perfect for us since we had 4 cars. The house itself is bright & open, had all the amenities and was perfect for our group of moms and teenage girl swimmers. The host was super responsive and very accommodating! Will definitely stay again!

Red door has consistently been great to work with in regards to scheduling maintenance at our rental, leading to an overall a positive experience. For instance, they’re consistently easy to communicate with and have been exceptionally accommodating so that we can be present for home maintenance. This is extremely helpful, as it allows us as tenants to be more informed about the state of the home we are renting. Furthermore, Buddy deserves individual praise. As one of the professionals who performs periodic maintenance work on the property, he is always kind, efficient, and punctual. Five stars all around.

So far a have a great experience with Red Door. Chris has been very thorough and upfront with getting the process started. Kris( (another guy) has been a great help with calling people and vendors and navigating with me and the tenant with appliance issues. Everyone's very helpful!

This property was everything the host described it to be. It exceeded my expectations as it was super clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the location was very convenient. The host was very kind, super helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. Definitely am looking forward to coming back to stay here again!!

We very much enjoyed our stay here at this very lovely home! We were in Indianapolis for an event at the Indianapolis speedway and because of the location of the home we chose not to get a rental car because it is walkable to where we needed to go. The bed was extremely comfy. Bathrooms were very nice and it was a life saver to us that there were snacks available because we didn’t quite work in the right amount of time to get to the grocery store. We had coffee and snacks to hold us over. The home had bikes that we were able to use for a day and it was very enjoyable. Would stay again and again!
