I had a very disappointing experience with Real Property Management Wake County, particularly with an agent named Darwin Salunga. The procedures before registration were unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. They seemed more interested in collecting fees rather than providing good service. Additionally, they consistently ignored my emails and failed to respond to my inquiries. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management.

Darwin helped us with all of our move in requirements and he was excellent to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless move in experience. He was AWESOME! I would recommend RPM Wake to anyone looking to rent in the area

We have lived in an RPM property for several years. They are always very responsive to any issues we have and fix things promptly. Our inspection specialist Jon ensures that things are done as quickly and painlessly as possible. They have a great team at RPM!

I will never rent with RPM wake again. They want to charge you for stuff when your the renter of the home. I have never had any problems in the past with renting. When I first moved in they did an inspection so they said of the home and the inspection was not even right. They said they left me keys and they didn’t so I had to contact them for that in which at first they was trying to charge me for it. The inspection said the fence and lawn mower stuff was good when there was a hole in the bottom of the fence .The lawn mowers didn’t work at all when I tried to use it so I had to end up buying my own. The wiring in the house is not working correctly and I informed them of this when they came out to do their first inspection but nobody came out to fix it but I can get a text saying change air filters after inspection . I WILL NEVER work with them again in the future. Below is a picture of my fence when they said the fence was good. They don’t do their job and then expect you to pay for it.
