Barbara is taking really good care of my beachfront condo in Ormond. I have had no worries or concerns even during the recent hurricanes. She keeps me informed of any questions or concerns the tenent has . I definately recommend Barbara as a property manager.

GOPM has been managing my investment property for some time now, after they took over my previous management company. The takeover greatly improved the landlord/manager experience and I am very pleased with my relationship with them, and most especially with my local contact Barbara in the Daytona office who is a rock star in her own right, and takes care of business efficiently and swiftly. She is a perfect liaison between myself, the tenants and GOPM. Never a problem resolving issues, or with communication.

Not only were they the best Cost, but the best service and most honest. They also handled everything from moving tenants in, on time rent collection and Experts at eviction. They were able to get me out of all the trouble… the other Property Management got me into. GO Properties now manages our entire portfolio. It was Pretty easy decision given what’s out there. A+

Renting from Greater Orlando Property Management has been great! The few infrequent times there was any type of an issue in the three years, it was solved in a timely manner! And I find this exceptional because most places I was luck to go two months without something going on. Any time I spoke with anyone that worked for GOPM, (mainly Jennifer and William) they were actually, genuinely nice! It was appreciated and made it so much easier to talk to someone that actually cares. The only reason we moved is because we outgrew the space. But if it came to it on another property in the future, I would definitely rent from Greater Orlando Property Management again! Thank you all for everything!!

This management company is AWFUL! They take forever to do any repairs and don't do most repairs. They try to charge the tenants for the repairs when the do finally complete them. My carpet needed replacing for over 2 years. t never happened and now that I have vacated they are trying to charge me for 1/2 of it. The roof leaked for nearly 2 years. Water seeped in the doors and leaked from the roof during Hurricane Ian and Nicole. Part of our ceiling collapsed from the leaking and it took them months and months to repair. When they finally did the contractors left plaster on the walls and carpet. We had our home flooded from the toilet backing up on 4 occasions and water heater in the duplex next door leaked and flooded our home. They took months to mow the lawn! Do NOT rent from this company! They are difficult to get ahold of and work with!!!! Barbara is the WORST. She is rude and difficult!
