I have been dealing with Thad Dickman and Management Company for quite sometime on various properties that they manage for me. I can firmly say they arr quick to respond to any requests/emergencies on behalf of the tenants or myself. Ultimately, remedying the situation without timely mediation. As a result I am able to concentrate on my daily duties, while they tend to the needs of my tenants. We have a portfolio of quite a few properties, and because property managers are notoriously unreliable, we gave a couple houses to 6 different management companies. Very quickly, had rents behind, maintenance not done and evictions needed. Finally found the best by far, GO Property Management. Not only were they the best Cost, but the best service and most honest. They also handled everything from moving tenants in, on time rent collection and Experts at eviction. They were able to get me out of all the trouble… the other Property Management got me into. GO Properties now manages our entire portfolio. It was Pretty easy decision given what’s out there. A+

Renting from Greater Orlando Property Management has been great! The few infrequent times there was any type of an issue in the three years, it was solved in a timely manner! And I find this exceptional because most places I was luck to go two months without something going on. Any time I spoke with anyone that worked for GOPM, (mainly Jennifer and William) they were actually, genuinely nice! It was appreciated and made it so much easier to talk to someone that actually cares. The only reason we moved is because we outgrew the space. But if it came to it on another property in the future, I would definitely rent from Greater Orlando Property Management again! Thank you all for everything!!
