Really enjoyed the ability to walk into an office and have open and candid conversations with folks that were willing to listen and work with me. In particular, huge shout to Chad, who showed us around and acted a liaison for apple realty, he represented the company well. Also, want to give a shout put to Charlie for both being open to work with me and putting the extra effort in drafting up a lease in a quick time frame.

My husband and I toured, applied, and were accepted to an apple realty property in one day! Their applicant vetting process was thorough, as they reached out to our past land lords. But the office was quick in processing our application once they heard back from our prior land lords. This was a relief to us as we are only in town a week, then have to fly out of state and coordinate our move to NC. Job showed us the property and was very helpful. I had a few questions regarding a deep cleaning of the home and Job was very quick to call me with a response. Regarding the application process, Micah was very responsive and helpful. He called the same day to give us an update on the application and let us know the status. We look forward to living in a home managed by Apple realty, and we hope to leave another good review for the company after some time living in the townhome.
