I’ve been using Home365 for over a year now, and I can confidently say they have revolutionized the way I manage my rental property. One situation that really impressed me was when my property needed a major HVAC repair. Not only did they find a reliable contractor quickly, but they also managed the entire process from start to finish. The work was completed faster than I expected, and I didn’t have to get involved at all. What I love most is their commitment to quality. If there’s ever a problem with a repair, they handle it at their own expense, which shows they stand by their service. This kind of professionalism is exactly what landlords like me need.

Karen was amazing! She helped me through my whole move in process, it's my first apartment and she made everything super easy and simple. I had no issues and when I had any questions she replied within minutes. She was so sweet, honestly would not want to have experienced this process with anyone else.

They’ve been managing my rental for a few months, and so far, so good. They found great tenants quickly, and I’ve had fewer maintenance headaches. There was a slight delay with one repair, but they kept me informed. Really appreciate their proactive approach.

I’ve had property managers in the past, but none compare to Home365. Last week, my tenant submitted a maintenance request for a broken refrigerator, and the app notified me of the status every step of the way. The repair was completed in less than 48 hours. I’m really happy with the level of service and attention to detail they provide.

This company has done a great job managing my property. I don’t have to worry about tenant issues, and they keep everything in good shape. There was a minor issue with billing once, but their support team resolved it quickly. Would definitely recommend to other landlords.

This review is for Simone L, not Home365 as a whole. I am writing this review because I believe she deserves it and she deserves to be recognized. I have gone through quite a few members of Home365 since being with them as an owner for the past few years. She has been far and away the best I have dealt with, in her quickness in not only answering but resolving questions/issues. She does so in a very friendly, informative and professional manner. This cannot be said for pretty much anyone else I have worked with at the company unfortunately and my review of the company overall would be much lower. Her service alone has convinced me to stick around a little longer, I hope I am able to work with her or someone of her caliber moving forward. Thank you Simone!

Managing my property in Las Vegas has been so much easier with their help. They take care of everything – from tenant screening to repairs – and keep me updated on any changes. Once there was a mix-up with a service call, but they were quick to fix it. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for peace of mind.

This review is specifically for Simone L., Customer Success Director. She has been fantastic since taking over our account and has been extremely responsive and deliberate in finding solutions to remedy issues when they arise. In her capacity, she is a worthy of 5 stars. But please know however, that Home365, as a company, isn't remotely worthy of five stars and, as an investor, has been extremely challenging to work with over the years. Simone is making the relationship significantly better.
