One of the reasons I chose Home365 was because I didn’t want to deal with screening tenants myself. I had a bad experience before with a tenant who left without notice, so I needed a company that really knew how to find the right people. They listed my property across multiple platforms, did background and credit checks, and took their time to make sure the tenant was the right fit. It took a little longer than I expected, but the tenant they placed has been responsible and always pays rent on time. That peace of mind is worth it.
