I love my townhouse. Rent is on the higher side, however they do accept pets with a fee. Maintenance is respectful, helpful and prompt. Lease terms are fair.

The staff was very kind and nice. The property manager was very sweet and kind. I also told her i just open up my cleaning services called Purrfect Cleaning Co. It is also on google and facebook. We were worried we wouldn’t get it. Will she told me we can go and apply. A few hours later i got a email and a text we got it. I was so very happy. Since we moved i u notice it could of use more cleaning.

I wanted to take a few moments to say how wonderful the 2 man crew was assigned to my maintenance issues. Not only were they a pleasure to have working there but they were also very Professional and aware of what needed to be done to complete the job in a timely manner. Their Professionalism went above and beyond as they fully explained what needed to be done step by step but they did what they said they were going to do and were a pleasure to have working onsite. We spoke a few times and they were a joy to have around. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed safely and properly by not only "zoning" off the work site but ensuring it was not used until completed by placing a small barricade to prevent use and possible injury. I was and continue to be thoroughly impressed with not only the fast response but timely and professional response and work by Raw Management. Kudos Sir,

My daughter rented their Lyons St property for school. The house was kept in good shape and any issues were resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Jon and Christina were a pleasure to deal with on every occasion; professional, courteous, and understanding. Their on-line rent payment and maintenance system worked flawlessly, making rent payments easy to do on time. I wouldn't hestiate to rent another property through RAW.
