There were many instances where we tried to get in contact with the group for regular and emergency situations and the group is difficult to get in contact with. As a tenant you can imagine the types of emergencies we may have dealt with such as a major plumbing issue in which we couldn’t use toilets or showers in addition to a leak in the roof that caused water damage in our bedroom ceiling. When we tried to contact the group to communicate any issues, we had to try many times to actually get someone to answer and when they did answer, it felt like they would forget about us because we’d have to reach out repeatedly to get them to follow through and do something about it. If we did not have family in the area and another place to go to while our toilet and shower were inoperable, we would’ve been without these facilities for a whole weekend on the group’s watch. I do not recommend renting from this company and was not pleased with the customer service we received. I do not feel like I can trust this group and it is one of the reasons why I terminated my lease.

The entire process of working Bruce and his team was so smooth and efficient. They also work really hard and spend good amount of time to help their clients even after hours. They also response to the phone calls, text messages, and emails after hours and weekend. They are really customer friendly. I was looking for help and assistance even after the transaction was completed with them. Bruce even provided his services and helped me out to get things done with no fees charged. Bruce spent quiet amount of time to get thing done for me. Thank you Bruce for being so nice and kind. You really work good and help your clients all ways possible.
