We provide full end-to-end residential property management for single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and apartments throughout the region. We also manage small commercial properties. My fiance and I rent with Masterkey, and our maintenance requests have always been handled in a very speedy manner. From applying to now, everything has been extremely smooth. Ligia has been extremely helpful, especially with the renewal process! By far the best property management company I've worked with.

Masterkey is a great property management company! I've worked with other companies in the past is this one is by far the best for managing my rental homes! Ligia is so helpful and takes care of everything right away! Highly recommend!

Pete Kenny was very attentive to our problems and fixed everything we needed the next day! He also found some more things that needed to be fixed while he was there and went ahead to get that taken care of. He communicated throughout the entire process which helped a lot as he was able to take care of this while we were at work. Thanks again Pete!!!

I’ve had a great experience working with MasterKey Property Management! They have always been very responsive for any issues that we have had, and would answer any questions in a timely manner as well. Ligia has been especially helpful, and was able to resolve a question/issue that I had within minutes. Good experience all around, and would recommend!

Masterkey Property Management has been a superb company to work with. They respond very quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests. Ligia has been extremely helpful and responds to questions immediately in the most friendly and respectful manner. I certainly recommend Masterkey to anyone that is considering a rental management company including property owners or renters. I believe they work hard to protect the interests of both!

Great and easy to work with. Responses are received within the hour with our exception. They have managed our properties for the better part of a decade and have never once had an issue. I will conclude that they have some great accounting, which is shown by high quality financial statements ( I greatly appreciate this as a CPA).
