Emails with current news are sent out and include landscaping times, ice warnings for freezing pipes and various other news that may impact your day to day, so you can plan for it.

This most recent maintenance request was done professionally and with care, although I didn't get notified that it was complete. I appreciate that the whole property management company is working to improve communication overall, which may not have previously been up to standard.
