I'm a landlord using Maple Leaf Property Management to manage my property in Seattle. Becky my property manager has been nothing but wonderful. I hired her to step into an existing lease in which things were getting tricky (major repairs needed to the home, rent needing to be adjusted, etc). She dove in without fear and with deep compassion for all parties involved. Becky is very on top of things regarding contractors, tenant relations, and more. She came highly recommended by my neighbor who also uses her as a property manager, and it's clear why.

Tawnyel from Maple leaf property management company has been managing my rental property since 2021. She has been really great! She always promptly responds all my inquiries and requests. Also she communicates well about the repair that needed to be done in the house. When I make requests, she always tried to find ways to help me. I recently purchased another rental property and Tawnyel helped me a lot with setting up the property before finding the tenant. She knows Seattle very well and has good connections with contractors.

So far, I have had a positive experience with this rental company. Tawnyel kept us informed of our application status, the cleaning of the apartment before we moved in, and was quick to get us in touch with the hot-water tank repair person when our tank malfunctioned. Overall, I feel secure here, and that can be hard to find in the Seattle rental market. I also almost took a sublet from a stranger under the same property management company, and they had a similar positive experience.

As an owner, I have had great peace of mind renting out my property with Maple Leaf. They have taken care of both the tenants and myself. Mikayla has been great in making sure maintenance gets done in a timely manner.

As a house owner, I have been working with Bruce from Maple Leaf Property Management for more than 3 years. Bruce is very responsible. He takes actions very quickly when there is a need and always tries his best to solve the problem, even if it's a headache one. I'm very happy to have him taken care of my house.

We have had a great experience with Tina and Mikayla when it comes to communication, and quick turn around. Maintenance requests get scheduled fairly quickly and without hassle or worry. Emails with current news are sent out and include landscaping times, ice warnings for freezing pipes and various other news that may impact your day to day, so you can plan for it.

I've been with Maple Leaf for almost 10 years now, and have had varied service. This most recent maintenance request was done professionally and with care, although I didn't get notified that it was complete. I appreciate that the whole property management company is working to improve communication overall, which may not have previously been up to standard. I plan to continue living here and I hope they strive toward continuous improvement. Care in this business is extremely important.
