Very $$$ and bad organized. Made me ask multiple time my previous landlord To fill up a questionnaire that they don't even check when received Thank you Leo for your help! Edit after owner response: Yes, you have also an obligation toward client that paid the 60$ fee to apply for a rental, the questionnaire was answered but your employee did not take the time to review it. You had all the info to finish the screening and because of your negligence i could not rent and i lost my 60$. Thank you for your attention to details. Good luck to all the other applicants
