Rincon is always available to help with maintenance issues quickly and most of all efficiently. Any technician and/customer service personnel they have sent/talked to is professional, friendly, helpful, and most of all personable.

Kristen was very polite and respectful, replied to my emails in a prompt manner. She kept me updated on all details about a work order I submitted. Solved our problem quickly. Thank you for bee so helpful!

Very $$$ and bad organized. Made me ask multiple time my previous landlord
To fill up a questionnaire that they don't even check when received

Yes, you have also an obligation toward client that paid the 60$ fee to apply for a rental, the questionnaire was answered but your employee did not take the time to review it. You had all the info to finish the screening and because of your negligence i could not rent and i lost my 60$. Thank you for your attention to details. Good luck to all the other applicants

The manager at Rincon Property Management has been outstanding in getting technicians quickly scheduled to make a variety of repairs that we have needed. All of the contractors selected have been great. I especially want to acknowledge Frida at Rincon. She is responsive, cheerful and thorough. It's been a great experience having the Rincon folks handling the management of this lovely home that we are renting.

Leah, Kenya, Marci and everyone at the Rincon Property Management company have been nothing but amazing warm and receptive. They constantly make you feel like a human being and like family and not another statistic or financial opportunity. They are very real with you and explore every opportunity with you ensure the best resolution. They do not try to hustle or take advantage but really try to work with you and everyone. I am grateful for their help.

My family and I just signed a lease with Rincon Property Management and the whole process couldn’t have been any better. We applied to a rental property and Kristen was there answering any questions we had and also giving us updates and reaching out to us if there was anything missing. My family and I all have different busy schedules but Kristen did a great job making herself available to us. I highly recommend Rincon Property Management and I am so excited to be a tenant with them!
