I just want to share that Property Management International Greater Philadelphia really takes care of their clients. They're honest, trustworthy, and they know the business inside and out. They've been doing this for a long time and seem to have everything down. Highly recommend.

I'm satisfied for the most part, and I'm definitely having a better experience with them than my previous property management company. They respond to tenant's inquiries & repairs quickly, they're good at collecting rent and most of the staff are great. I just don't particularly like the owner. She always seems very inconvenienced and annoyed on the rare occasion I reach out to her, but I know to avoid her at all costs going forward.

Sadly, the work relationship with them has been a mess from the get go. I fear the whole org is just a money grab. No one really knows what is going on, their accountants differentiate most basic tax documents one from another. I was getting contradictory messages from different people. Over-communicated about irrelevant items, could not get a response on things that matter even after several emails. They're very quick when it comes to charging, very slow to do their job.
