Melissa and her team at PMI Greater Philadelphia are professional, great at communication with owners and tenant, maintenance coordination, problem solving, transparency, caring, and reliable. My property's basement flooded due to a sump pump failure outside the staircase in the basement due to a heavy rain. She was able to provide guidance on how to solve the issue from contacting the insurance to replacing all the drywall that had water damage. I highly recommend Melissa she truly sets the standard for excellence in property management.

I generally find landlords to be unpleasant, and their managers similar. For this group, whom I've had for two separate locations, both of which have been great, and when issues arise I have found them to be refreshingly responsive.

PMI has been fantastic and I’m so grateful. They are on top of everything, and pleasant about it. My tenants and my property are well-attended, the communication and portal are easy and effective, every request is granted immediately. And they are incredibly nice, trustworthy people. A good management company makes all the difference in successful investing, and PMI is a great one.

Very great experience. Julio was on time and very thorough. Melds were made immediately for maintenance. I didn’t have many issues but they are taking care of them immediately!
