Spoke with someone named Brett. He had an attitude when asking him to look up an address to see if my condo can be rented out. Seemed like he didn’t want to look it up and gave snarky remarks when I was asking him questions? Like isn’t that your job to help assist and answer questions? Man o man, customer service has went down the drain with these younger folks that just want to sit on their phones all day and not do anything at work.

I have no words to express how grateful I am for being able to work with this property management company. From the first day that I requested a tour and one of their agents Angelica contacted me until the day I moved in everything has been so amazing with them. They helped me so much. They expedited the process as I needed to move in crunch time. The house is amazing, beautiful and brand new. The management made everything so easy. They were so understanding and patient and worked hard to have everything ready for us to move in. I would definitely recommend them as your property management company. Easy to deal with and customer service skills are top tier.

I wanna start by thanking (Brett) Crossroads for the tremendous help they had provided me. Initially I was very skeptical about them since their sister company did not deliver business right. But I decided to trust (Brett) crossroads with my property and I am glad I did. The management had treat me exceptional, great customer service and the rapidly response to my questions and concerns, I definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great management company that will treat you like family.
