Sue was never pushy, always shared with me tips and comparisons to help me make decisions about listed houses, was very efficient and fast in preparing my offers, until I finally bought the right house. Then, she was reasonable and fair in drafting with me the property management agreement. Come the leasing stage, Bill did a great job finding the right tenants for my house in just a few days after Richey listed the house for rent. For property management, Katherine communicated efficiently with me, proposing several vendors/quotes to prep the house for the tenants. I am very pleased with the comprehensive service I got from Richey and will not hesitate to give them 5 stars and recommend them to any absentee landlord or any landlord who wants a piece of mind in managing his rental house.

Not only are they very responsive and timely with maintenance requests, but their system itself is very easy to use. There was a bit of turnover with my property managers about a year in which was always quickly resolved and communicated to me. Diego is my current property manager and he is fantastic. Very communicative, polite and on top of it all! I even had to change my lease 5 months before it ended and they made the process so smooth and easy. 10/10 recommend
