David Buckingham at Richey Property Management was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive, professional, and friendly. He solved every issue that came up with the sale of our house, which we had to do from out of town. I'd recommend him highly!

Richey Real Estate services are not MIL/GOV friendly, if you are under any time constraints. Their number goes to a service that seems to go nowhere. I was asked to text, but nobody ever returned my text. I had three days to complete a house hunting trip, but could not get anyone to actually call me. I would NOT use this group if you are in any kind of hurry. Clearly did not want my business.

Mariana Marquez is my new property manager and she is just terrific. Sharp, responsive, and cheerful! I was about to conclude that property managers were more trouble than they are worth and I should just try to manage my own property long distance. But Mariana has addressed everything that has come up. I sure do appreciate her.
