Rentmax has been amazing. Cailey and Nicole went above and beyond to ensure the rental process was smooth and stress-free. Whole process of application, approval and lease took less than 72 hours to complete. Their professionalism, prompt communication, made everything seamless. I have been a customer of Rentmax for over two years and having Deana as my property manager has been a great experience! She is very responsive, thorough and takes the time to explain the issues after she has performed her due diligence. Wouldn’t recommend any other company or property manager!

I recently just loved in to a Rentmax property in June 2024. So far, I've only had to contact them for maintenance.
Every maintenance request I've made has been met with a quick turn around time of about less than 48 hrs.
Nicole at the main office is very pleasant and any issues or just general questions I’ve brought to her attention are taken seriously and prompt! Thanks Nicole!
You can't beat great customer service.

I have been renting under Rentmax Property for 3 years now and just recently renewed my lease. The last couple years have been fine but I will say this time around was my first time meeting Deana Eastman. She absolutely amazing! She was soo helpful and efficient. Got everything taken care of quickly and over all a delightful person. Thank you Deana Eastman!

Nicole is absolutely amazing! The day we signed for our keys, our names were on the whiteboard behind her—a very thoughtful touch! Rentmax and Nicole made the whole process smooth and simple to move into our new spot, even during the busy holiday season. Really stoked to be renting with them and their options of homes for rent was second to none.

This was my spouse and my first time renting a house. This organization made it very easy and smooth (I hope we did the same for them). Everyone was super nice and charming. I brought my doggie with me to sign for the keys and they absolutely LOVED her as they are a very pet friendly company. 🥰🥰🥰 what honestly impressed me the most was that when I walked in our names were on a welcome board! I know its a little thing, but it honestly was really special as I know someone had to take the time to write our names down and decorate the board. It made it feel very personal which can be rare sometimes. Thank you Nicole!!! It was a pleasure meeting Andy and seeing some of the faces that helped make our transition go vegas nicer!! 😀
