Deana Eastman is the best property manager in the valley. She is extremely genuine and personable, truly wanting the best living experience for her tenants. Setting the bar very high. I would not want to use another property manager other than Deana. I would add more stars if I could!!

I was always skeptical of property management as I've managed my property for the first five years on my own, but working with Deana Eastman has taken such a load off me I don't think I can ever go back! At times it feels like my property is the only one she manages! She remembers all the conversations we had and whenever we chat, she is clear and open in communication, while making sure I'm taken care of. Highly recommend Rentmax and please ask for Deana and I assure you you'll have a great experience!

If you are in the market looking for a home or a rental property in Las Vegas you should look no further than here. I made a phone call and talked to Cailey and without hesitation gave me great recommendations of where to live and what to look for my needs to be met. Honestly the best experience I have had moving. Was given sound advice from Nicole and Andrew. Trisha was the biggest help pushing things through to get the process to the finish line. Can’t give it a higher enough praise for their efficiency and performance. Glad to find them through google.

Since I reached out to Rentmax Property Management, Cassie was the one who was helping me out. We talked about a week ago about a particular house we love and she followed up and called me about that property that there are more photos posted. She is amazing and cares!
EDDIE Is also a great agent that took the time and showed us the property and explained everything I needed to know. He is a agent that cares about you.

Deana’s professionalism and warm personality made our move so much easier and completely stress-free. She went above and beyond by giving us multiple ways to quickly reach her, always responding promptly to any questions we had.
Her dedication to top-notch customer service truly turned our relocation into a smooth and pleasant experience. I have been renting under Rentmax Property for 3 years now and just recently renewed my lease. The last couple years have been fine but I will say this time around was my first time meeting Deana Eastman. She absolutely amazing! She was soo helpful and efficient. Got everything taken care of quickly and over all a delightful person. Thank you Deana Eastman!
