Dont pay attention to the star because i give this rent company no stars. They cant never do anything simple once your all moved in. A complete scam because its really hard to get in touch with them. The house was decent, but i had a horrible experience with it. I have never had a big possum live in my attic before.

Fernando was simply the best customer service rep. He made our move to the rental house smooth and answered every question we had quickly. Finding rentals online is intimidating but this team was very helpful and made the entire process wonderful. 10/10

Horrific company. Extremely negligent, unprofessional, unresponsive, no oversight, and everything is outsourced multiple times over to shoddy vendors. These reviews can be easily manipulated. Check out there BBB rating, its an F. You've been warned.

TJ with Evernest Property Management, did a great job with preparing me for my tour and giving me information about what to expect when I apply for one of their rental properties. I haven’t applied yet, but I am looking forward to working with them as one of their new tenants. Thanks so much!

This hasn't been the best experience living in Westbury Apartments but I made it my home. Hopefully the new property management is more attentive to the residents. Evernest, so far, seems to be the best one. Communication with Evernest is always professional and prompt. I'm ready for the experience of dealing with them.

Let me start off by saying this company by far has been the worst to rent from. Not only on one, but two occasions of me staying in the home the refrigerator went out. Let me tell you, they were very slow to respond. As if the issue wasn't urgent. It literally took 7 weeks for them to get a new refrigerator out. No urgency whatsoever. Then they expect you to pay your rent timely.Good thing I was at the end of my lease term. I even asked for adjustments due to the inconvenience. And of course I got a response that really didnt address the issue presented. Which part of the lease agreement is appliances. And lastly, the properties they rent out have so many issues and their a bit run down.But anyway I do not recommend at all.

Worst rental company I have ever worked with. Multiple major water leaks in the home, water coming out of light fixtures, 14+ days to get repairs done and they don't fix properly. Left wet and moldy drywall and insulation. Calls, emails, work orders submitted and still Evenest does nothing. They don't care about the safety of there tenant's. Avoid like the plague.

Took over a month to actually do the onboarding. Failed to collect the lock and keys. Charged me for new ones. Took weeks to address and urgent leak. Charged me about USD 20,000 dollars for ‘repairs’, many of which I had already repaired. 5 months. No tenants. Consistently late to pay the bills. Have drained my reserves

Fernando has been quick and helpful when it comes to any problems that has needed to be dealt with. He also has been very easy to communicate with and lines were always open when we needed to reach him.
