If I’m being honest, I truly dislike the company. I’ve been paying for filters since November & haven’t received one. This is the 2nd time my air has “gone out” since they did some upgrades to the street lights. However Carmena does try to help as much as possible in a timely manner. And I know she just works for the company.

No customer service and no care for property owners. Would give 0 stars if I could. My old company was bought out by Evernest. Old company not great but at least they collected the correct rent in full each month. Evernest shorted me out of 20% of the rent and now I can't pay the mortgage. Have called and emailed daily and gotten no response - just told each time by call operators that my issue would be "escalated". No calls or emails from so called property manager to follwowup now going on 5 days. Do NOT do business with them

My experience has been terrible. I got one email address to make contact with the company as an owner. I email it and no one responds. I also get the same question over and over again, on my end it looks like a response to the last email that answered the question. I get an email for each maintenance request and only get follow up communication if they want more money to fix an issue. I would say follow up communication does not happen unless they want or need something. Be careful, picking this agency for sure.

Do not rent from this company. I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have an issue you will wait months before the issue is resolved. No matter how much you contact them it's the same answer. "Forwarding your msg internally" or "Will send a reply to you PM and maintenance team" If you ask for another number to contact they will refuse to give it to you or just simply ignore your request. Have been asking for over a month how I can return my keys when there is no office in my state nor a lock box, so now I'm just going to buy a lock box. Everybody on the phone will not answer questions and the only person they let me talk with Mariana truly should be fired cause she has no idea what she is doing and was of no help.

I’m a perspective tenant working with Tamara. So far they have been very polite. Answered all of my questions. And even told me what i need to do as far as my credit to be an eligible tenant. The homes I’ve viewed are nice & in the area I want to live. Customer service has been great!

Fernando was simply the best customer service rep. He made our move to the rental house smooth and answered every question we had quickly. Finding rentals online is intimidating but this team was very helpful and made the entire process wonderful. 10/10

Horrific company. Extremely negligent, unprofessional, unresponsive, no oversight, and everything is outsourced multiple times over to shoddy vendors. These reviews can be easily manipulated. Check out there BBB rating, its an F. You've been warned.

Let me start off by saying this company by far has been the worst to rent from. Not only on one, but two occasions of me staying in the home the refrigerator went out. Let me tell you, they were very slow to respond. As if the issue wasn't urgent. It literally took 7 weeks for them to get a new refrigerator out. No urgency whatsoever. Then they expect you to pay your rent timely.Good thing I was at the end of my lease term. I even asked for adjustments due to the inconvenience. And of course I got a response that really didnt address the issue presented. Which part of the lease agreement is appliances. And lastly, the properties they rent out have so many issues and their a bit run down.But anyway I do not recommend at all.
