I can’t recommend Fast Action Mortgage enough! Their expertise in the field is unparalleled, and they were always there for me, no matter the time or day—even on weekends and late nights. With a natural ability to teach, they patiently explained the lending process and answered all my questions, making everything easy to understand. They were incredibly organized and proactive, ensuring we were never up against a deadline. From the beginning to end, the team helped support me and helped find me the perfect way to set up my mortgage. Me and my wife were pretty set on one type of loan with the research I had done, but the team at Fast Action helped show me all my options and suggested which option would be best for me. They had them all laid out and made the decision easy!

I recently used Fast Action Mortgage for my home purchase and had the pleasure of working with Arshawn. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was accurate and ready for closing, even though we lost a week due to the title company losing power—something completely out of our control. My situation had a few bumps along the way, but Arshawn made sure everything was handled and ultimately saved the deal for us. He was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and requests day and night, and even took the time to give me personal financial advice. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended!

Arshawn literally saved us from losing out on the house and potentially our initial deposit due to another bank mortgage specialist's incompetence. Arshawn is proactive, fast and efficient, communicates clearly and he took time to go over things with us as first time home buyers. After 2 weeks of wasting our time with another lender, Arshawn was able to turn things around in a very short time and close on time. I wish we went with him from the beginning to save us time and mental sanity. Definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable mortgage broker.
