Our time with RPM has been solid, and repair work has been fairly responsive.
Support with our sink issue was pretty solid! We felt a bit like the process was delayed after asking about it the first time around and waiting, but once we started the repair process, it moved really quickly and we got it fixed after just one visit from the plumber.

Antonio and the maintenance team just handled my water heater issue in a top notch fashion. On Thursday I noticed it was leaking. They contacted me immediately afte I submitted my maintenance request and Within FOUR HOURS it was replaced. A+

I have switched my previous management company to Real Property Management Eclipse recently. There are so many fixes need to be done after a residents staying over 16 years. The new management company spent times and patience to get transfer done. Inspections were conducted after many tries to get hold of the resident and finally been successful getting reports back. Following maintenance jobs just being started.
Efficient, objective, honest, thoughtful, consistent are the words which I have being working with this team in these few months. I’m happy that I have made a right decision to choose this management company to protect our home at Bellevue. Thank you so much guys!

We have been with Real Property Management company for 5-6 years. They have grown from a small company to now having dedicated personnel handling various streams (maintenance, leasing agents etc.). They work hard to fill vacant properties, and proactive and reactive maintenance issues are always handled promptly.

We had put in a maintenance request on a Friday so we didn’t expect anything to be done until Monday. Antonio was quick to respond and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently over the weekend, not an easy task as it required a new refrigerator. He kept in communication with us each step of the way so we didn’t feel deserted. We are very pleased with his work. Thank you!
