I love the spacious balcony with the Lake Washington view. It really feels like a luxury apartment. A great rental company who works with the owners to take care of the tenants. Antonio from maintenance helped replace our aging water heaters and garage doors which both failed in the first 30 days of us moving. Very happy about the service from Ryan, our rental contact at RPM as well.
