I've lived at several places over the years, but I haven't been happier anywhere else. The management here is exceptional—they respond quickly to any issues and go above and beyond to make us feel appreciated with thoughtful gifts. The community is friendly, and the overall atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. It's truly a wonderful place to call home. Recommend 10/10

Ben and Becky have been fantastic property managers. They consistently go above and beyond, handling maintenance requests quickly and keeping communication clear. They truly care about their tenants, and it shows in everything they do. I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication!" They also make us feel appreciated as tenants with their surprise gifts!! 🥰

The best property management I've met since moving to the big city! Everyone is so nice and friendly and gave a us a warm welcome when we moved in, we really feel comfortable here because of them!

I’ve had such an easy, pleasant experience with LMPM. When first moved in they provided a cute and practical gift basket. Their maintenance team is on top of everything, very responsive and communicative. I’ve enjoyed working with them and am sad that they won’t be my property manager anymore!

As a resident of LMPM for the past year, I've had nothing but great experiences. Great online services, quick responses, and even had help with issues outside of my apartment. They're here to help as well as build their business in the right kinds of ways. Appreciate Becky and Ben and all the hard work they do. Keep it up!

Ben and Becky with LMPM are exceptional at what they do! They are quick to reply, quick to resolve issues, and GENUINELY caring for tenants. I would highly recommend them for tenants or landlords if you want the best of the BEST!

Lake Michigan property management was hands down one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. Communication was top notch and frequent to make sure I was happy. Anytime there was a maintenance issue it was fixed same day or next. Resident portal app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

We highly recommend working with this property management company! We had our lease signed and not even 2 days later we were moving in! They were great about working with us on certain credit issues and were extremely fast and organized with getting us in! We even got this amazing welcome basket dropped off!
