Their rental portal is also the best I've ever used. They provided very clear, step-by-step instructions for how to get utilities, internet, etc, set up, and even provided a concierge service, which made the process so much smoother. We absolutely love our house, the property is beautiful and well kept and does not look like a typical rental. 10/10 would recommend.

We concluded we were very much aligned and, thus, a good match. They have delivered 100% on their promises. Make-ready was completed in less than three weeks and the house was leased in 30 days. Maintenance has been coordinated with professional vendors that arrive on time for a positive tenant experience, deliver quality work, alert us to potencial emerging problems that can be avoided through preventive maintenance, and charge fair market prices. We have another property in an area that 1836 does not serve and have been unable to find a comparable level of service: it's been a source of constant worry and money losing investment. We've reached the decision to sell that property and buy another within the area of service of 1836, for our peace of mind.
