We always know that we can rely on her and her team. Having investment properties can be exhausting but having a good manager makes all the difference.

DON'T trust this company with your home!!!! Hell look at the names and reviews, obvious frauds. Don't get me wrong you will get an apartment but they will nickel and dime you, then disappear. Bad company and bad customer service. They just quit managing my lease half way through and left this property in shambles. I would be mortified if I was the owner of this property and see what they did. I informed them about squatters for four months before coming they came. Still there.

They are patient and walked me through everything in detail as a newbie. Forest is great and continues to answer my constant questions. What really stood out to me was another house in the neighborhood being managed by another company that sat on market for 6 months. 1836 had my house rented in 2 weeks. Can’t ask for a better result.
