Let us do the hard work. A note from our founder Kyle McCaw: My passion for real estate began as a student at Texas A&M University. Soon after graduation I began my real estate investment career purchasing several income properties. My first purchase was a duplex. My first tenant paid 87% of my PITI (principal, interest, taxes & insurance). I soon picked up a roommate who paid the other 13%! After that, I knew I was onto something. Within a few months I purchased my second duplex. Ever since I have been helping others build wealth with real estate. Few real estate agents truly understand real estate from an investor's point of view. Far less actually invest in real estate. Together, with my team, we can build your personal plan and put it in motion. I started McCaw Properties because I could not find a large brokerage firm that truly understood the needs of investors or distressed homeowners. McCaw Properties was formed to solve real estate challenges by working outside of the traditional Realtor box. When a McCaw Properties agent looks at a property, he or she is not limited to only traditional transactions. We have found that in today’s economic environment we need to be aware of all the ways to help solve real estate problems.

I submitted a maintenance request for multiple issues last night. Greg w/ McCaw contacted me first thing this morning and jumped right on my request. It’s not even noon yet and he has completed the job. Greg has stayed in contact with me the entire time he’s been working on my request to keep me updated on everything. I must say, I am highly satisfied with his promptness, friendliness and definitely with his overall work performance! I pray that if there’s ever another need for me to submit a request…he’s assigned to me EVERY TIME!

I usually never post reviews, but I am hoping this will finally get someone's attention. As a property owner with McCaw for the past 2.5 years, I am very disappointed with the level of communication this company has provided. I have left numerous voicemails and emails without ever getting a call back when I needed information regarding a double charge on cleaning fees. Now I am dealing with multiple roof leaks and STILL cannot get anyone to get in contact with me. I should not be paying a company when I have to contact the tenants and roofing companies myself. I cannot even get through to anybody to terminate my contract with them. As an owner of multiple properties across 3 different states, I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for someone they can entrust their investments.
UPDATE: Oscar from the maintenance department has been very helpful in trying to resolve my issues. It seems that much of the fault has been with certain contractors that McCaw utilizes and I have been told they are in the process of reviewing these relationships as well as updating the maintenance quality control system. I am still waiting to hear from somebody from the main office to discuss my overall satisfaction as a client.

Darla is the BEST!!! She works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional! She responds to any questions or concerns, even after hours. Darla is impressive and the BEST Property Manager I’ve ever dealt with!!

Update: Richard came out and removed some pesky bird nests that were allowing birds into the home from the dryer vent. He also changed light bulbs and removed hornet nests. He was kind, professional and fast. I was relieved to see a familiar face from prior maintenance requests. I always know Richard will get the job done!
Brian Bassham came out to fix toilet issues. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. What a relief to have great service, thanks Brian!

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Melanie and Darla at McCaw! They have exceeded my expectations with prompt responsiveness and have been so accommodating to get my client processed and approved and into her new home. Darren showed up and saved the day! He fixed our ceiling from a leak and repainted it, repaired our AC, replaced the light fixture that was damaged from the leak, and cleaned up after himself..... that is just amazing! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and a very hard worker. He was very pleasant and did his job with a smile. He worked all afternoon until 10 pm. This was the best experience ever! McCaw Property, you have a winner 🏆! Thank you Darren! We truly appreciate you and your hard work ❤️!

I just want to give a special thanks to everyone that helped resolve my issue. Whitney was very responsive and apologetic for what I’ve been dealing with. She stayed in great contact and hired two very professional men for the job both James & Brian didnt get in the way at all. Demolition the bathroom and put it back together in a couple of hours time. Couldnt be more satisfied!
