As a renter, I'm disappointed. They were unable to help me get a new rental. It's a fact that not everyone works banker hours (9 am to 5 pm monday thru Friday) and this company having every weekend off makes the application process difficult, especially when it's your only available time. The pet screening is done by a third party but charges a crazy individual investment of $30 for each pet. Yet, you'll still be required to upload all shot, microchipping and medical, continuing to take a well off portion of time and effort on the customers part, at $110 dollars, utilizing all your efforts, it's a lot of work and isn't worth all the effort, especially when you continue to get nothing in return. If your a home owner with this company, its ultimately all your decision to approve or disapprove who you rent to but you might want to keep in mind if someone jumps through all the hoops to fully complete a application they did a lot of work. Luckily there's zillow with a $35 application fee no pet fee and all the exactly same documents application requirements for this company application. My family and I where able to get a new lease in a great townhome in 2 days, using zillow instead of All County, I'm very let down by the proerty management.

At a time that a good portion of the state was without power and dealing with burst pipes, he calmly worked through the issues at all of his properties to ensure everything was under control. His communication with both, owner and tenant is top notch, and he is fantastic at bridging the gap between the two. I have seen nothing but the most professional, respectful, and thorough work from him.
