Jeremiah Wiedman and Center Street Lending are amazing!
We submitted an offer on an investment property based on the fact we were told from another lender we could get approved for a loan the traditional way, but after going under contract, getting passed inspection, and paying for the appraisal we were told from the other lender they would not be able to fund our loan. But thank goodness for Jeremiah and center street lendings quick loan approval process we were able to close on our property! We will definitely use them again on our next investment!
