Loved the house, have been reaching out to speak with someone directly to the point I even went to the office. No response which disheartening bc I would love to move forward with the home if possible.

My name is Daniel and I have submitted 2 applications to rent one of their properties and cannot even get an update on the status of my applications! At the very least someone should notify an applicant if they have qualified or not. I'm spending my money on applications and can't even speak to someone about a status. It just seems very unprofessional. At one point I spoke to someone who said I was approved and good to go but when I tried to set up a time to make the deposit he advised that I wait until December 19th and when I called him back on the 17th he stated that the property had already been rented... I then scheduled another tour of that same property for the next week and it's still available... What is going on???

So glad I found them as a management company. Super helpful, responsive, and on top of things. Honestly, don’t know what I’d do without Kevin and his team especially when dealing with some complicated issues last year. I thoroughly appreciate their transparency also. A lot of management companies get a bad rap but I genuinely recommend Otter!

I can't even find words to explain how satisfied I am with Otter Property Management. I have been dealing with them for a long time now. The services that they provide is unmatchable. I can honestly say either you are a tenant or a landlord you will be in good hands with otter management.

Moving in was smooth, it was actually done all virtually which is very modern and cool. Over all how this property management conducts business and handles maintenance requests is very disappointing and borderline illegal. I paid over $1700 in rent and had a serious leak in the kitchen since December 2023 that lasted until the end of my lease April 2024 . Ive had to beg via email, call and text to get it fixed. It took them over 12 days to have someone even come look at the leak initially and when someone did come by he was just making assumptions on what was truly causing the leak. Not only did he come in just assume but told me that all it was is an “eyesore” since the way i have my home is so nice and clean. He also stated the delay to take any action was due to confirming “Warranty” on the property. After constant reaching out to the office the wall was patched up and i was assured the issue was fixed after a whole month. I’ve never received any apology for this experience. Since then not even three weeks went by that the leak started again and i made a new ticket and sent a follow up email all i received was this work order was sent to the vendor. My lease ended in end of April, 2 MONTHS after the final work order was submitted. Even after sending in the final walk through video they didn’t even care to apologize or empathize in anyway for the horrible experience and negligence. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
