When I arrived at the property everything was downhill from there. The lock box was broken and I couldn’t access the property. After calling the realtor several times and verifying myself I still received no results they refused to issue me the code to the lock box over the phone I was given the run around. I was very upset after leaving work early and driving an hour to view a property that I could not access this was very bad business on otter property management’s behalf it was a total disaster and I wish to have no dealings with them now or in the future.

The property is nice and spacious my only problem is it only accepts HCV/section 8 I have a different assistance with PHA that works like HCV/ Section 8 but I don’t think you guys accept any other PHA assistance

Conor is a disrespectful when it comes to voucher holders. Treated me worse then kids with ants. I was scammed out my money, led on for weeks. Told i was a approved, after I packed my house up, conor changed his mind with no explanation.

Nice showing today , wish everything wasn't vouchers because there are working people out here that can pay their rent without assistance but I've seen 2 nice places from them and put in applications with both properties. I hope the 2nd one which I saw today doesn't require a voucher./Section 8. It's becoming frustrating.

Overall I'm shocked honestly. I called the property management company last night because the electronic lock on our apartment broke down and died yesterday at 4:15 pm. Not only did my phone call get routed to an after hours third party service, but no one got back to me. Honestly, if I didn't have the phone number of my landlord directly I don't know what I would have done. But I would have forgotten all about it has I not just received a phone call from them (the following day at 2:45 PM) very pleasantly and concerningly asking if I was able to get into my apartment. It's almost 24 hours from when I called you? I was locked out of my apartment in Philadelphia? Honestly bewildered and could never recommend this company to anyone.
