Moving in was smooth, it was actually done all virtually which is very modern and cool. Over all how this property management conducts business and handles maintenance requests is very disappointing and borderline illegal. I paid over $1700 in rent and had a serious leak in the kitchen since December 2023 that lasted until the end of my lease April 2024 . Ive had to beg via email, call and text to get it fixed. It took them over 12 days to have someone even come look at the leak initially and when someone did come by he was just making assumptions on what was truly causing the leak. Not only did he come in just assume but told me that all it was is an “eyesore” since the way i have my home is so nice and clean. He also stated the delay to take any action was due to confirming “Warranty” on the property. After constant reaching out to the office the wall was patched up and i was assured the issue was fixed after a whole month. I’ve never received any apology for this experience. Since then not even three weeks went by that the leak started again and i made a new ticket and sent a follow up email all i received was this work order was sent to the vendor. My lease ended in end of April, 2 MONTHS after the final work order was submitted. Even after sending in the final walk through video they didn’t even care to apologize or empathize in anyway for the horrible experience and negligence. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Disappointed with the service from this company. I viewed a property, immediately inquired about the application, was told to apply. I met all the requirements. Then we were told there’s two applications ahead of us. Then we were told someone else was approved before us. If there’s two applications ahead of us why even provide us with the application? That’s quite frankly unethical as you’re having consumers waste their money on application fees, despite knowing there’s already an application/s in process. It’s the principle more so than anything. The automated system and Mariz should do better. Do not recommend applying for properties here unless you’re certain you actually will be fairly evaluated.

I just seen one home and was stunned by how nice it looked. Everything was up to date and clean also presentable. I’m looking forward to rent this home forsure.

I've been house hunting for 2 months and have seen several properties that were horrible or over priced. The property I saw last Thursday on Newkirk st was lovely extremely reasonable viewing process was easy, and i grew up in the neighborhood still have family here. I recently found a blemish on my credit I never knew I had. Skeptical about paying app fees and not getting chosen. Praying that my stable job and good income will allow them to work with me so I can move in. House looks amazing just like the pics.

It was very easy to get in too see the home nice and clean rooms where a good size for my family

This house is absolutely beautiful I loved everything about it it’s literally one of the best houses on the market

The viewing process of the property I viewed was very easy to navigate. I loved the opportunity to take a self tour, accessing the property via lockbox was easy to navigate and use. The property itself is very clean, new appliances and contact with the company is very fast and professional.
