Management is great but I have not slept since the day I moved in. The tenants downstairs play their music and blast their Tv at all hours of the day and night. I do not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Stay away from 815 Main Street and definitely don’t rent on the middle floor.

I have nothing but amazing things to say. Mandy was incredible to work with and made the process of finding, viewing, and moving into a new home seamless. The condo itself is suitable for all needs and beyond. Throughout everything, communication with Mainstay was top-tier. I am incredibly grateful for the experience!

Mandy and Kyle were respectful, but they were largely unresponsive to my texts, calls, and emails. For over two weeks, I received no replies to my attempts to contact them. While I understand that the holidays are a time when people travel and take vacations, as a business, it would have been considerate to inform clients of potential delays in communication. Their lack of responsiveness left me feeling that they either didn’t have my best interests in mind, didn’t care, or didn’t take me seriously. Interestingly, when I emailed them to say I no longer wanted to work with them, they responded within three hours. This quick turnaround, after weeks of silence, was baffling and made it seem like they anticipated my decision to part ways.

Working with Mandy and Kyle has been an absolute delight. They made living abroad while owning property in the US so easy for me. I never had to worry about anything to do with the property and when it was time for me to move back in, they made the transition very smooth. I've recommended them to family and friends looking for a property management company. You can't go wrong with this great business.

I am having a very good experience with Mainstay Property Management, LLC. The refrigerator in my rental house was freezing vegetables and jars of spaghetti sauce, and water was pooling in the crisper drawers and on top of plastic storage containers. Rather than sending a repairman out, management (Kyle Thrush) replaced the refrigerator which was the right choice since it was old and replacement parts were probably no longer available. All of this was done expeditiously after reporting the problem, and I am sitting in my home now with a brand new refrigerator expertly delivered and installed by Juan and William. Such a nice surprise and a great way to start my Friday.

I hired mainstay as my property manager. I must say I have no regrets. They made the whole process smooth. Kyle and Mandy are really nice people. I say this as is really hard to find honest nice people in the DMV area.

Working with Kyle was a tremendous pleasure. Very good people skills and was personable with me throughout my time at one of Mainstay’s rental properties in Columbia. Helped my family and I have a smooth transition from New Jersey to Maryland. As a startup property manager, Mainstay has showed good prowess in growing their brand across Maryland. I have seen other properties get handled with care in the two years working with them. I wish them the best of luck in growing their business.
