About us
Co-owners of PMI Palmetto, Nathan and Sharon Chapman, we began our real estate investing career in 1996 with a single, residential property. In the early years, we performed much of the maintenance and learned what was needed to properly protect the assets. We enjoyed helping friends and family with real estate transactions and even helped others interested in real estate investing understand the process and shared our knowledge that might help them with their future ventures. Our 25+ years of real estate investment and management experience can provide you confidence that we understand the complexities of successfully managing your properties. We have now coupled our experience with an international, powerhouse franchise, PMI (Property Management, Inc), which affords us the ability to strengthen our processes, tools, resources and the expansion of our marketing capabilities. My family of 5 adults and 2 children just had a fabulous mini-cation mid- February at Serenity View Lakeside Retreat on Lake Murray with PMI . The house is spacious, comfortable, and a home away from home. The rental process was easy and Katie provided expert assistance! The view is lovely anytime of day or night .

Dalton went above and beyond for us and was instrumental in helping us purchase our first home. Being new to the process, we had many questions and he was patient, responsive, and attentive. He made sure we understood everything every step of the way and put our minds at ease. His knowledge and commitment are impressive. We always felt he had our best interest at heart. You won’t regret working with him! We love our new home!

Inquired about a townhome in Lake Carolina Dalton Hahn never got back with me on it. Got a texted early this morning from a different agent & wife that was willing to assist me with the property. Saw the property loved it and Come to find out later today someone had already had a bid on the property!!!! WOW. Very unprofessional!!!

I have been renting from PMI since July 2023 Ms. Sharon ❤️is the most sweetest kindest person I’ve ever met. I haven’t had any major issues with the property but the small issues was handled expeditiously.

Will definitely be using PMI Palmetto again. Katie was energetic and kind, and was genuinely interested in making sure our stay was everything we dreamed of and more. If you’re vacationing in the Columbia area, this is the rental property to book with!
