Had a great experience when they were League PM. Unfortunately since they got bought out and became Locke, it's gone downhill quite a bit and I had a pretty negative experience. I have taken my rental property elsewhere.

My wife and I have been signed on with Locke Property Management for quite some time now. They manage all our properties, and I couldn't be happier. As a property owner, I've encountered nearly every situation you can imagine, and Locke has consistently made the process professional and efficient. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled, and I feel like we're part of the same team. They have excellent work ethic. Their dedication and expertise are evident, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management.

I wouldn't rent any of their properties they don't keep up with their maintenance the employees steal and go through your belongings. The last couple of years I lived in one of their rent house they took over from another leasing company they sent out a maintenance person once and they had no clue what they was doing. Destroyed my belongings while in the process of moving out the day I was suppose to be out of the house I got sick about a week and a half later I went to go pick up a trailer to move my stuff the next day they had took all of my stuff and went through it and took what they wanted all my clothes towed my vehicles away my stuff was all packed up u could tell I was moving my stuff out cause it was in boxes and totes and they still went through my stuff without any courtesy and try to blame me when they didn't even show up on the date they was suppose to be there. What really upsets me is that they took some things that was of sentimental value and some valuables. I work hard just like the next person and I paid for everything they took. No consideration at all I know people with brains can tell between someone abandoning all of their possessions and someone moving their things out. I should've took pictures to post on here but I was so angry I just cleaned up what I had left and moved it. No one deserves to have their property ran through and destroyed

I had to call on a Sunday due to a plumbing issue. Zach responded quickly and kept me updated as to the arrival of the plumber. I appreciated Zach getting this taken care of promptly. The plumbing company was excellent, as well.
