There is literally sewage sitting in the back yard from an open pipe that have not fixed. It started last year and has flared again. Would give zero stars if I could.

We have been a resident with Locke for almost one year. Jerry has been an incredible help since our lease started. Anytime we have submitted a work order, big or small, Jerry shows up quickly and fixes our issue. He has great customer service, is kind, and trustworthy. Highly recommend working with Jerry!

Had a great experience when they were League PM. Unfortunately since they got bought out and became Locke, it's gone downhill quite a bit and I had a pretty negative experience. I have taken my rental property elsewhere.

Communication was poor, and I rarely received proactive updates on their efforts to secure a tenant. What’s most frustrating is that despite my repeated attempts to understand why the property wasn’t moving, I received vague responses and no real solutions. I expected a management company to be proactive, market the home effectively, and keep me informed—but instead, I felt like my property was just an afterthought to them. If you’re looking for a property management company that will work diligently to fill vacancies and communicate transparently, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and find a team that actually values your investment. As soon as I switched management companies, I had tenants in 2 weeks.
