Stay Away for Selling your Home!! I am not going to say every step of this process was bad. I appreciate our realtors initial suggestions on lowering the price for our home. During the process of negotiation process things were going well. Once we received the repair request from the buyers, for some reason the experience started going downhill. Our realtor received the repair request, from the buyers, on Friday and we were not notified until Sunday. According to the contract we had three days to reply, so our realtor was pressuring us to make a decision quickly. I pushed back and asked to an extension and then all of the sudden that was on the table. Prior to that moment, the pressure was solely on us to make a decision on what we would repair or not. Since we are out of town, our realtor had a contractor go out and assess the repairs that were requested by the buyers. Upon there estimation, the repairs would be around $12,000. I flew into town and did my own research and found several discrepancies with the assessment. This did not give us a sense of security, that our realtor was looking out for us. Also, after I flew into town it seemed like our realtor kind of took a step back from all the activities. Granted I was there, but I didn't expect the lack of engagement from our realtor. We also feel like our realtor was constantly pressuring us to make one or two more repairs for the buyer and not holding the buyers tot he document they signed. Rather than holding them accountable, she kept pressuring us to do more. I cringe every time I think about the commission being 6% on this deal. I feel like the quality of service we received was not earned at all. I can't speak for the buyer's realtor, but on our side, I don't feel the commission price was earned. In conclusion, I cant speak for finding a home or property management, Camelot may be great at that. As far as selling a home, I would suggest finding another company.

Kelly was phenomenal with the home buying process. She is very patient & attentive. She answered every silly question we had & held our hand through the entire thing. I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't had Kelly's help. I appreciate her & her spunky can do attitude. 100000000000000/10

This company is a scam because I first moved in the house and it wasn’t ready and they knew 4 months that I was moving and the house was not ready. I reported it and it took them 6 months to repair everything that were broken and turn up from the pre tenants. They took my deposit and lied about the house and I was never late on my rent and they took forever to repair something that was broken. The thermostat was broken and the property manager had a company to rigged it up because he didn’t want to pay $1800 to replace it. The property manager was so low down and he approved for me to move because I moved to another state and pretended lithe disunity I have all emails and texts. He died a few weeks ago and they’re acting brand new. They refuse to tell that the house is haunted. 3515 Foxhall Dr., Montgomery, AL 36111 please do not rent. It has evil spirits and demons in the house and you would not rest. It is haunted!!! That is another reason why I move.

Jake Melton is the man! Throughout the whole house buying process he stayed in contact with my wife and I. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we might have had. I advise anyone that is looking for an awesome person to purchase a house with Jake is that MAN! Thanks again, Sir. We love the house and it wouldn’t have been possible without you 🫡🤙

When I met him in March I didn’t know him from a man of moon. Lord when I tell you he is a real stand up guy. The home process ain’t got nothing on him. He take us under his wings and flew away.. 🙏🙏🙏Look at God. We almost wanted to give up but he will right there. If you in the process of buying a home I would truly recommend Jake. I've rented a home from Camelot Property since 2021. This has been my very first rental home experience. And I wouldn't change a thing. I'm currently renting my second rental home from them. And they made the process extremely easy and pleasant. The home's are always well taken care of and they always show up on time when ever you need Anything.

Damian & Dustin are hands down the best real estate agents I’ve ever worked with. They have showed up for me time and time again. Any time I’ve given them a challenge, they have made it work… no matter what. As long as you are upfront with them about your wants/needs, they will find a way to make it work. I would suggest everyone around to use them for all of your buying, selling, and property management needs.
