I have been dealing with T and H the past 3 days. I have called 3 times left 2 messages. I finally got to speak to someone. They took my information and the reason I was calling. I was told they would pass my information along and someone would call me back. Still waiting on the call back. The website is not very user friendly. Now T and H has all my pertinent information and $70.00 and I can’t even get a call back. It was a quick $140.00 for T and H ($70.00 from me $70.00 from my daughter) they didn’t even check our employment reference before declining us. Pretty shady outfit, renters beware.

Glenna is dedicated to ensuring I fully understand the repair process and prioritizes connecting me with the right maintenance team, all while being mindful of costs. She consistently goes the extra mile to find valuable resources and communicates everything in a positive manner, which fosters my trust in her ability to guide me toward making the best decisions.

The staff @T&H Realty are very professional and courteous. They respond to my emails in a timely manner. Keith Russell, a member of their renewal technician team is always punctual and does a great job evaluating our home. He’s always pleasant, making us feel comfortable and confident that the inspection will be done thorough.

Carly Hunt with T&H reality made the process from start to finish very professional and Personable. I really appreciate her quick responses and T&H Rental process. I love my new home/rental.

My husband and son rented an apartment for about a year and a half while my son was in school. Excellent experience. The apartment was perfect for their needs. Great location. T&H Realty was easy to deal with. Very good communication and very professional. Highly recommend!

My spouse and I have used T&H for a couple months now as investors/owners of 2 properties for rent, and have appreciated the communication. We have a newer property manager Tosha, and she has been great addressing our questions and concerns with this process. She also helped up escalate a delay in work-order completions timely. Calynn (Cali) has been a super star! Our tenants are not always the easiest to reach, and she has always gone above and beyond to get things done as a great liaison! Her email communication is top notch :-) I would definitely recommend T&H to others. The only suggestion that I would have would be owners new to the process may need a bit more guidance and handholding on next steps and ins and outs for the first couple months.

She is always going the extra mile to make sure work is completed and the best estimates are chosen. She is always communicating and keeping everyone in the loop, whether it’s a quick status or an in-depth response. I respect her experience as a property manager as well as her ability to provide guidance on the best path forward. She is able to navigate multiple, complicated projects and still see the light at the end of the tunnel. She is a great support that is not only valued, but also appreciated. Thank you!

I have a dedicated relationship manager and a great team of experts jumping in to help with different needs like a new house purchase, rehab project, marketing and leasing a house, and managing my property with the tenant.
