This company really loves to just make money. They let so many people apply, we had to pay $70 EACH person and then tell you they went with someone else and don’t tell you why, they just send you a link of why you possibly weren’t accepted. They emailed us and said the listing had been rented out, only to see that they changed the listing and raised the rent from $1,000 a month to $1,300. Why don’t you just email the people that applied and say that you had to many people applying and decided to make more money??? That’s insane. Give all those people their money back that applied for the $1,000 listing. Also, good luck getting through their application processes, it was long and very frustrating and kept crashing. They make this so competitive and I’m just looking for a safe and livable home. Some of their houses that are listed need a lot of work done. (One of the houses I could see the basement through the floors in the dining room) They also charge you a $45 monthly fee to drop off an air filter that costs way less and you can do yourself but you can’t opt out of that. The only positive is that you get to tour these places by yourself instead of having someone show them to you. I have pictures of the listing being at $1000 and then the new listing for $1300. Also pictured is the email telling me the listing was rented/off market only to turn around and list it again 20 mins later for more money. I understand if it was overwhelming with the amount of people interested, but don’t do this.

I want to give Corbin recognition from T&H Realty. He was a nice representative. He gave me step by step instructions on what he was going to do while inspecting my home. He made sure to address my concerns. Even though I didn’t know him, I didn’t feel uncomfortable letting him in my home. He does his job well and I hope this company continues to have good representatives that reflect the same professionalism and personality as Corbin.

T&H has been managing our properties in Indy for 2 years now and I have to say, they have been excellent. They respond to any issues quickly, they make sure the properties are in good condition, and they find good tenants. Glenna Winters has been nothing but great! She goes above and beyond what’s expected of her, and there’s a level of concern she delivers that is absolutely unmatched! We are more than happy with her performance. If you’re looking for a property manager in Indy, T&H is the one to call. You won’t regret it.

I have only been with T&H Realty for about 4 months so far everything that has happen with the house they have sent someone immediately to fix. The last person they sent was Karl Holderfield when I tell you he is absolutely the best. He went above and beyond to ensure spectacular customer service. He came in to fix one work order put in which was my door issue, and ended up fixing the second work order that he was unaware of. He’s is definitely understanding of your time, he sent out an eta’s and kept the time and his word. He came in showed me the problems that I was having with this home, fix them and what I mean by above and beyond he took his time and cleaned the drain and pipes. The problem he came to fix which was the front door that wasn’t latching due to previous latch being a made of paper with a metal latch on top of it, he made sure that he fixed that to ensure our safety. I can say I’ve encountered a couple of their maintenance men so far he is the best they are lucky to have a professional, skilled, respectful, caring, hardworking and dedicated young man like Karl. I pray that they keep him around especially while I’m renting for them.

Glenna Winters has always been professional , understanding, and very helpful on assisting me with any questions I may have. I would recommend there service to anyone!
