I we make more the requested income requirements, per there requirements we have no negative rental history And had very positive reviews from past landlords. credit is almost perfect and I believe we didn’t get the home because my wife had a stroke last October and she is on disability, when they heard that everything changed. I felt they just took our application our money and never planned on approving it. I believe this company is just a predatory company and will find any excuse not to rent to anyone with a disability. There is no reason at all we should have been denied.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with All County Desert Properties and would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable real estate services. From the start, they showed a complete lack of urgency when it came to handling my needs, yet they had a long list of requirements and expectations for me to meet. Instead of making the process smoother, they created more problems, leaving me to deal with unnecessary stress and delays. Communication was terrible. Whenever I had questions or concerns, it took far too long to get a response—if I even got one at all. There was no sense of priority or accountability on their end, and it often felt like I was the one doing all the work to keep things moving forward. When issues arose (which were often due to their lack of organization), instead of offering solutions, they only added to the frustration by making things more complicated than they needed to be. A real estate company should be working in their client’s best interest, guiding them with professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. There are far better companies that actually care about their clients and know how to get things done right.

If I could give zero stars, I would. All County Desert Property Management is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable company I’ve dealt with. From the moment we walked in, it was clear they lacked professionalism—the front desk employee was wearing fuzzy slippers. We toured one of their properties and were shocked to find a stash of weed in a cupboard. To make matters worse, the lockbox on the door was completely insecure—you don’t even need the code to access the key, which is a major safety concern. Mariela, the leasing consultant, was unprofessional and unresponsive. My boyfriend and I got back to her within minutes whenever she needed something, yet she took forever to respond to our questions and requests. Despite being fully qualified candidates, we were treated with complete disrespect. If you’re looking for a property management company that is reliable, professional, and responsive, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

We had a terrible experience with this company, will never rent from them or hire them for one of our rental properties. Nicu, the broker, had our application denied on the basis that he could not believe I was making as much money as was stated on my bank statements. He told me that he has run the business for several years this way. He also proceeded to curse me out on the phone after I asked him why he was unable to believe I made that income even though we sent bank statements proving our income. Their decisions are made purely on emotion. On top of that, we found drugs in the home we were interested in going to see. The lockbox was permanently unlocked because the "field inspector" Jessica Jasso had not been out to inspect that house in days. We went there several days in a row to inspect the property and the drugs were there the entire time.

Not a good experience with this company or team which led me to depart from my rental property after a year. They do not return calls or showcase professionalism in any way. At one point I had to call corporate just so my calls would be returned. I don’t go out of my way to write reviews but I think people interested in using this company should be aware of what they are getting into.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with All County Desert. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication made my investment property a complete headache. They constantly brought up problems instead of solutions, and it got so bad that I ultimately decided to sell my home. One glaring example: they forgot to inform the renter about the monthly solar panel fee, despite the solar panels being clearly visible from the front of the house. When questioned, they claimed they didn’t even know there were solar panels—an unbelievable oversight! The renter also complained that they rarely answered the phone and even sent someone to fix a problem late at night without any prior notice. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with a company that refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and chooses to ignore you instead. What was supposed to be a long-term investment quickly turned into a nightmare, all thanks to their incompetence. I’d advise others to steer clear of All County Desert if you value your time, money, and sanity.

I had to move to the desert from San Diego for work and my rental experience was very pleasant. Mariela went above and beyond to make everything smooth for me. We were able to finish everything while I am still in SD and I’m so happy and relieved. What I asked was answered, and problems were solved by Mariela. If it wasn’t for her effort, I don’t think I’ll be renting this quickly. Yes, I’ve read the reviews before hand and some people expect a whole lot of A** Kiss**g. This is 2024 as long as one is doing the job there’s no need to be doing anything extra !! Thank you Mariela. UPDATE: 9 months later I had to move out before my lease ended and that's on me. FYI, you will be charged 3* months of rent if you're planning to break a lease. What a bummer ! It is what it is and someone has to make $ when some are drowning! Overall, my experience was great. Mariela was the only one I was able to reach to with any issues I had. I had a few hiccups here and there, but not so much. Some emails were rude and out of place, especially from the manager/ owner. I believe her name was Lisa. I never replied back. I don't need that energy affecting my day. Thank you very much. I took off a couple of stars only because of the email I had received from the woman claiming to know it all, but she didn't. Apparently, the team working under her have more knowledge and compassion towards people. Kiddos to them! They fixed the problem right under her nose and knew it was wrong. The irony! Oh, I also got my full deposit back. Wow ! I travel a lot for work, so my rental home wasn't used as it's supposed to be. I wasn't expecting money back, but I'm grateful. Mariela, if you are reading this, please know that you are ONE of a kind, and you have helped me so much. You should be managing that office with your positive attitude and welcoming energy. Thank you for your kindness. I have seen many rental companies and this is definitely not the worst but not the best as well. I would rate it 5 out of 10. Please Be cautious and read the reviews.
