Mariela and Jessica were very helpful and very nice! This is my first time going through a Property Management company to rent out a place and i am very happy and pleased with the help i got from both of them!

Unresponsive and unprofessional. I have been trying to contact them for the past 10 days leaving multiple voicemails and sending multiple emails. They never answer the phone and no one has bothered to call me back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with All County Desert. Their lack of professionalism and poor communication made my investment property a complete headache. They constantly brought up problems instead of solutions, and it got so bad that I ultimately decided to sell my home. One glaring example: they forgot to inform the renter about the monthly solar panel fee, despite the solar panels being clearly visible from the front of the house. When questioned, they claimed they didn’t even know there were solar panels—an unbelievable oversight! The renter also complained that they rarely answered the phone and even sent someone to fix a problem late at night without any prior notice. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with a company that refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and chooses to ignore you instead. What was supposed to be a long-term investment quickly turned into a nightmare, all thanks to their incompetence. I’d advise others to steer clear of All County Desert if you value your time, money, and sanity.

I had to move to the desert from San Diego for work and my rental experience was very pleasant. Mariela went above and beyond to make everything smooth for me. We were able to finish everything while I am still in SD and I’m so happy and relieved. What I asked was answered, and problems were solved by Mariela. If it wasn’t for her effort, I don’t think I’ll be renting this quickly. Yes, I’ve read the reviews before hand and some people expect a whole lot of A** Kiss**g. This is 2024 as long as one is doing the job there’s no need to be doing anything extra !! Thank you Mariela.

I do not recommend this place at all, the staff is rude an very unprofessional. I called the first time to see of they have other ways to apply since their website had a glitch and the lady who answered the phone (Mariela) was rude since the beginning, insinuating I didn't know how to use my phone. I let it slide the first time since I really liked one of their properties, I called a week later to ask about the applications I had for that property and again, Mariela was rude, this time I wasn't having it and gave her the same attitude back. At the end she said that I was missing applications (even tho I filled them and I was charged for it) I sent an email with payment confirmations and I was told they would reach out to me. I haven't heard back since then :/.

Nicu & Lisa have always been very professional and helpful. Their knowledge and expertise of property management is incredible. If you're looking for a property management company that provides great value, they are the experienced team you want to hire.

It says a lot on here that the sleuths are brash and rude and it's true. The 5-star reviews are fake. As a business owner, I don't understand how their business holds up and who trusts these guys to manage their properties. This is California, not Florida, here the customer is expensive and keeping them with excellent service is one of the prickly tasks of a business. These same guys, act like they are the czars, it's appalling. Don't trust your expensive real estate to this company, it's a big risk.

The only reason I am giving them a star is because I had no choice in order to leave a review. Run....Do Not walk. This Property Management is so Unprofessional & Unorganized. The staff members such as Maryilla very rude. You sign up for an appointment online to view a property and provide All your information requested. You get mistreated. I called Maryilla to follow up the next day to be sure we get a Code to get into the property. Maryilla confirmed my appointment in her system. So, she says .... Don't know if that was true. She stated also that I would receive the code 20 min before my appointment of 8am. The day of the property showing. My appointment was at 8 am. Never received the code. They don't open up until 9am. Called spoke to Maryilla and explained that I did not get the code she stated I would receive. With that being said, we were going in circles because she played it off like I didn't call her and get that information from her. First, learn how to talk to someone and be respectful. Secondly, my question is if I did not speak to you. How did I get your name Maryilla & How did I get the info about receiving a code? Mind boggling....So, I was Done speaking with her because she did not want to admit to Her Wrong Doing. I asked for a Property Manager I got a Rude so called manager on the line 3 minutes later. So, I explained to her what was going on. She didn't want to here it because she was talking over me and wouldn't allow me to finish. She tried to blame me for opting out of receiving Text. Why would I do that if I needed a Code to access the property? Also, I never received any Email, Text or any communication from All County Property the next day. So, with all that....This Property Management is Unprofessional & Unorganized how they deal with potential customers/clients. I would not pay them to Manage my Property or Sale anything of mine. VERY POOR Customer Service!!!
